I ordered BCD straps for Christmas and they arrived in a cute mailing bag and in plenty of time for wrapping into presents. Our family loved the multi-colored straps and the high quality of the craftsmanship of the stitching, design and velcro. Thank you - we will be ordering more for the rest of the family!

I loved all the sea creatures from which to choose and had fun customizing the colors. The finished products were fun and colorful BCD name bands which we immediately took diving for a week.

For some reason, the personal options I selected for my BCD tag did not populate on my original order. I received an email telling me about the error and asking if I would like to reselect my options. I was so impressed with the prompt notification of the error. Such wonderful customer service.

Love these bcd tags.

These are Christmas presents for everybody except for me (i got th all!) And I can’t show them off in the house because everybody is getting them for Christmas! These have to be, hands-down, the coolest tags ever! I was surprised how fast everything came, the colors are just vibrant and bright. The designs, there are so many to choose from, so we all got something totally different. Everything seems to be really good quality, and I can see everything lasting for years. I cannot wait to put all this stuff on my dive gear and head out!

Their customer service is amazing. I sent an email and received a phone call within 24 hours. They were so easy to work with, delivered sooner than expected, and the quality is outstanding. I highly recommend their services!
