Purchased from Moyess for approximately £40.00 plus £10.00 for express postage knowing the same massage unit is available for £5.00 on eBay because I assumed there would be a guarantee. Unit became faulty after 1 week and Moyess would not replace without me paying to send it back to China.

Return Postage for the massager more expensive than cost of postage
I purchased a massager for my wife and with the promise of a 60 day return if not happy , she has multiple pains in the neck and back , after a week of usage , she felt no relief so i contacted Moyess to return the massager , they replied and asked me to send it back to an address in China , the cost of the return was higher than the cost of the item , so be advised , the 60 day return promise is worthless and in my opinion the messager is just a toy .
