Item missing and no docket
Didn't receive a docket in my order and it was missing a product. The customer service refused to refund me for the item that NEVER was sent. Disgraceful. I won't be shoppping with them again. One star is too much.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered some pyajamas and the top was missing. Rather than just sending me another (complete) pair they said I had to go online and complete an returns/exchange form (??) and take it to the post office. Their online form was not working so I had to call back for them to send me a QR code via email, I delivered the parcel then had to send proof of delivery before they would send me what I originally ordered! By which time I’m sure the item, which is in the sale, will be completely sold old.
Some of their customer service team were particularly unhelpful and rude and just parroting procedure rather than resolving the issue. So three phone calls and a trip to the post office later I *might* get what I originally paid for.

Order not arrived one month and a half after the order at Mango
I ordered a tank top from Mango a month and a half ago and it still hasn't arrived at the selected store. In the meantime, the website says that the exchange or return period has ended, even though I haven't received the order. Extremely bad service

The clothes are very competitively priced and decent quality.
In store service is brilliant.
However, ordering online goes perfect, but the delivery is very long winded. 3–5 business days usually means six days.
I want to return my order
I want to return my order, however, no one comes to pick it up already for a month, even though I have filled the return request form. Avoid this company!
Horrible customer service
I didn't receive my large order that was supposed to arrive before school. There was a lack of management between Mango and Evri for the delivery! Additionally, their customer service is terrible; they don't respond properly and haven't refunded my money either.
Very disappointing
The 3-5 business days delivery stated on their website is a lie. Today is the fifth business day and the order hasn't even left their warehouse. The order was going to be presents for my niece and nephew for tomorrow, now I'm left having to look for emergency presents. Will not ever again order from Mango
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an online order of almost €300 on 08/07/2025 to be delivered to a Mango store pick-up point. The delivery was delayed, and by the time it arrived, I no longer needed it. Therefore, I simply did not collect it. According to the rules, it should have been automatically returned and refunded. But that has not happened, even a month later.
I contacted customer support via the chat on their website, and they told me they would reach out to the store. A week later, I went to the store myself, and they told me they didn’t have the parcel in their stockroom and that I should contact customer service. So I wrote to support again, and they told me they need the store to process the return first.
Another week later, I already wrote to Mango by email and received a case number. But two weeks later, my case is still not processed!
So basically, they are completely disorganized, not doing their job, shifting responsibility from one side to another, and keeping my money! For an order that I have never even had in my hands!!!
Delivery painfully slow
Delivery painfully slow. Much longer than their estimated 3-5 buisness days. Currently on day 9 ( buisness days) and still no sign. It has been so slow that no one of my two items is out of stock. Will put me off ordering online again.
Terrible experience from Mango
Terrible experience from Mango. Ordered to store, apparently there were severe delays in delivery, and when it was notified as delivered, the store never acknowledged package arrived and no one knows where it has gone. 2 weeks later and several customer service calls, very curt customer service (via chat) who has repeatedly told me to “wait”, says there’s nothing that can be done and it is now lost and will process a refund; and asked me to repurchase the item… (which I certainly won’t be doing). In this age of seamless e-commerce this has been the most horrendous experience I’ve had to date with online shopping.

Mango display creased items which look shabby and uninviting on the shop floor. I am completely deterred from purchasing something that clearly need a lot of ironing. Such disrespect to customers expecting people to tolerate poor service.

Unsatisfactory products
I had initially bought a winter coat for my young grandaughter in the sales only to find that the stitching was coming apart after it was worn a couple of months. I would have expected better quality in the making considering the prices of their garments. More recently I found a lovely crochet ivory cropped neck ladies short jacket which would go with almost anything, but again the crochet in the pattern had come apart. I find their stitching let's them down.
Never buy mango online
In an era where other retailers offer a refund via a simple scan of your receipt, Mango allows a return for an online order only via Post Office with customer bearing all costs despite that the initial purchase order that was sufficient for free delivery! Simply ridiculous! Never again
The Heck with Mango. I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else - ANYWHERE else
I ordered $1000 worth of clothes from Mango US. I ordered a medium and it was too small so I had to order a large. There was a price difference of $10 to go from the Medium to a Large. Why? I don't know. I'm 5 foot three and I weigh 110 pounds and I couldn't squeeze into the medium, I called to ask for a price adjustment and instead the guy on the phone in some country I can't identify canceled my order. Now I can't purchase the large because the website is saying out of stock. I know they have at least one! Customer service is horrible, and I will never buy anything here again and neither should you.

This store is managed so poorly. If you have a bad experience in store there is no where to complain or get an outcome from.

It's ridiculous how much companies want to save on salaries. No one single person to talk to in their customer service. What kind of customer service is that??? I want to know when my refund is being deposited. Their website has no information, and their chat robots are unhelpful. their WhatsApp robot. IT's insane how companies save money in salaries when we spend so much on their low-quality stuff.

I ordered two items, and when they arrived, I didn’t like them. I went to Mango’s website to request a return, and it said they would send me a QR code within 24 hours. I never received it.
I tried requesting the return again—still nothing. Eventually, I had to dispute the transaction through my bank. The bank asked for proof, and I provided pictures of the products (untouched, with tags still on).
It feels like Mango intentionally stalled to run out the return window. Now they’re telling me the return period has expired and I can’t return the items. In my opinion, this is a scam tactic to avoid accepting
VERY Slow delivery.
