My family is extremely disappointed…

My family is extremely disappointed with this purchase. The official logo WASHED OFF in the first wash. It was a birthday gift for my son and pretty much the only gift he received from me as it was not the most affordable shirt. He is embarrassed to wear it, as it looks like a knock off. I can send photos if needed.
I am requesting a refund. Please reply to this message. Thank you.

When ordering said would take 3 business day to deliver took 5 working days to deliver so never turned up in time for my special needs son's 25 birthday, but quality product, was more likely UPs delivery company

Maud of Customer Support was amazing

Maud of Customer Support was amazing! She was so responsive, efficient and the timely communication was awesome. The Manchester City Training All Weather jacket was missing from my order which was no fault of the company and without hesitation they sent another one to replace it. Receiving that jacket made my day and I will definitely wear it with pride and always remember Maud, your customer service and the Manchester City Online Store. Thank you very much!

Very dissapointed

Having not received the top at all i am very dissapointed, it was for my dads birthday and got delivered to the wrong address and the people are on holiday, you need to look in to your delivery men and who you use
