We're a busy sawmill who also profile cladding boards from our timber. We needed to source replacement spiral cutters for our Leitz blocks. Norman's knowledge on the exact replacement blades (of which there are plenty of incorrect options out there), was first class. He was also able to mobilise them to us within a couple of days, not weeks. First class service, good pricing, great knowledge and quick delivery. What's not to like.

I had recently had my blades sharpened by another company in Glasgow I have used for decades and the blades were poor and blunt a second time. As a busy tradesman who needs quality finishes on my products I was desperate to find an alternative ,I found Leitz tooling and eventually spoke to Norrie ,He invited me over and showed me round his amazing factory, I left my blades with him and he returned them all sharpened with repairs to some, which is also great, the cut off them is immaculate ,Tradespersons need this quality service, a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for and the additional cost far outweighs the finish and sharpening intervals required. Bit gutted as my competition may find this review and also use them , but hey ho ,fairs fair! Thanks the Leitz team! Paul. PHI LTD

They should improve a delivery time. They are far behind other companies I'm dealing with.

We have been dealing with Leitz Glasgow workshop for well over 10 years now. We simply wouldn't look anywhere else to have our blades sharpened. With their continued investment in their machinery, their services have continued to improve. All the staff are friendly, helpful & genuinely want to provide as good a service as possible. We mainly deal with Steven & have always had sound advice with regards to any queries we may have, keeping us up to date with any promotions that there are on the online shop & again just providing a dedicated level of service. Very good!

start to finish they are completely though,highly engineered tooling ,you can feel the quality straight away, tool sharpening service is second to none and they have tackled sharpening most other companies avoid , all backed up by a huge network of contacts and really go the extra mile to look after their customers .. what can I more can say ..experts in their field , special mention to Ged Maloney , very knowledgeable and thorough with his advice ,highly recommend

We have used Leitz tooling for years now, Steven Brophy always go above and beyond to help us, from buying new blades to a simple sharpen of an existing blades. He guided us through making sure we get exactly what we need without any hassle and at a reasonable price..

After seeing a lot of marketing online suggesting Leitz and having a couple contractors we know that use Leitz and recommended them to us. We decided to give it a try, I found the website really useful and specific to help finding the right tools needed to order for my boss. Really straight forward website and very modernised. Plenty of information on the products to ensure you find exactly what you need. And from what my manager has said, he is super happy with the tool quality and the blade spec from what he has previously used and would happily pay for the quality over quantity going forward.
