Still hasn’t arrived

Still hasn’t arrived! Ordered well before Christmas (check the date) ordered as a gift and hasn’t shown up. Its not the 27th and not even an update on tracking or delivery date.

I can advise that the order, placed with us on the 16th December, has been processed and despatched 17th December.

While most items arrive with our customers within the estimated delivery times, postal service delays do occasionally happen.

Unfortunately, unless a courier delivery method is chosen at checkout, a tracking reference will not be available.

Postage & Packaging is Potentially off putting !

Decided to buy 2 x items as postage & packaging is a bit pricey ! However the Beenie is great and the Xmas Santa on a sport bike Hoody has a very durable print that will stand the test of time ! Both items were priced sensibly but that P&P nearly put me off but spread over two items it becomes more bearable!
