Wrong Size sent + Terrible Return Policy

Ordered myself a piece of Merch from the official Formula E store for about 45 EUR (+ 12 EUR shipping to Germany and around 21 EUR additional customs fee to DHL, so around 78 EUR total), I selected 3XL as the size and received normal XL!

And according to their return policy: "For International returns, customers will be responsible for arranging their own shipping back to Formula E Store. Only refunds will be processed for any international returns."

I don't even think it's worth it to return the article to get a new one if I have to pay for the return myself and the customs fee all over again. Guess I'm stuck with the XL piece I got right now. Disappointing.
