They said delivered my parcel and it…
They said delivered my parcel and it was not, as I was abroad.
Lose 60 pound and they do not take responsibility, don't buy online from them as if something happens u will lose your money.
EE Tunbridge Wells once again superb…
EE Tunbridge Wells once again superb service. Blaydon (apologies if spelling is wrong) was incredibly helpful. Took time to solve an e-sim challenge I was having. Recommended.

Change handset/new contract
Had to change phone - contract had ended. Staff at Surbiton were extremely helpful, found me a similar phone and a very good deal. When I had a problem in transferring data, they were very helpfulin assisting me.
Friendly staff, informative, definitely recommend.
Great Customer Service
Great customer service from Joseph and Tom who sorted out my phone repair after Samsung Repair Service failed to do so.
Well done!
EE shop Ards Shopping Centre
EE shop, Ards Shopping Centre.
Great customer service from two clever, sweet girls who provided excellent advice both technically and emotionally. I'd been cyber hacked by a stalking "friend".
Shop helpers couldn't have been more...Well, helpful. Professional, understanding and kind. Both will excel in their careers; so long as jealous colleagues don't get in their way! Know EE has a strong anti bullying and harassment policy, thinking elsewhere. Their parents/ relatives must be so proud. Employees of the month now considered patronising ,but my votes' for this pair.
Dishonest
Went to the EE Marble Arch shop who added lines on my contract without informing me. Went back the very next day but till now they are refusing to cancel the contract.
Arrogant sales person
I went into the ee shop in cwmbran to purchase a Samsung phone.
All sales persons were busy, I waited 2 minutes for a girl to become free.
Then she asked who was next, a young lady had just walked into the shop and stood by the door.
The sales person was continually looking at the lady even though I said 3 times that I was next. And asked the lady again who's next.
I said to the sales person why don't you believe me, again she said to the lady who's next.
The lady said nothing but was looking amused.
I then said okay I'll take my business else where and walked out of the shop.
All this is on the in store cctv
Just found out sales person and the lady are friends.
I'll never set foot in that shop again. Pure arrogance.
…Business immorality and discrimination.
EE - Touchwood, Solihull
I am informing you of an incident today that greatly surprised and saddened me. I renewed my contract with EE last Friday. And I bought a new phone. My phone arrived on Monday morning, November 27th. The employee who renewed my contract told me that I could come there whenever I wanted and that they would help me. It should be like this anyway.
I am sick and taking medication. I feel exhausted, and it isn't easy to walk. I got up and forced myself to go to the EE shop in Solihull. Since I couldn't receive phone calls on my phone, that's the big reason I renewed my contract. I went to the store in Solihull to activate the new phone as soon as possible. It was around half past four in the evening. It looked like there was almost no one inside. A few customers were waiting. Then I realized the other person waiting was an employee.
I waited inside the door entrance for a while. It was fifteen minutes. Then the employee, whose name I learned was Nick, went to the other waiting customer. I was standing. I told myself I could wait a while longer, which is fine. His customer left, and he had no intention of dealing with me. I told him that the phone had arrived and that I needed to activate the new phone.
He told me that he could not take care of me, that no one could help me, and that there were few staff inside. While he was saying this, the other two employees were sitting with their backs turned at the employee desk. And they had no customers. I didn't know what to do, it was tough for me to go, it was tiring for me to go to the shop again, I tried to persuade him.
He told me they would close at five-thirty; I said there were still forty-five minutes left, which might be enough time. And the shop has typically closed at six. I asked if I could come tomorrow, and he told me he couldn't make an appointment tomorrow; they couldn't look at me before Friday at the latest. Meanwhile, two English ladies entered. And Nick attended to them and showed them to the table to sit down. They had time for the ladies who came later. The ladies didn't have an appointment either; they said they didn't. He threatened to call the staff and have me kicked out if I didn't leave the store or return the next day. I said, "My phone is not working. I will come tomorrow, and I hope you won't be here." He responded to me with rude words. and the faces of the ladies inside turned red because they witnessed injustice and discrimination. I am very sorry that I was exposed to such unfair and unethical behaviour by a person named Nick. I want to cancel the contract because of this incident. This incident upset me, and I don't want to go to that store again.
I hope such a situation never happens to anyone again.
Great service and customer care
Very knowledgeable staff who will go out of their way to help and guide you through tech and best product for your needs. We have used them several times for products and never felt pushed into any particular item or contract. Highly recommend Workington store and staff.
Service or lack of at EE shop
Booked an appointment with EE shop in buchanan Street Glasgow. My phone was broken and I took it in to have it repaired I hoped. Only bought phone in July 2023. Still in warranty
Was told by the sales guy that the engineer said that phone had a dent in it which couldn't be seen with the naked eye but with a magnifying glass. Never heard anything so ridiculous. Then said they couldn't repair as wasn't covered by warranty because of this dent. Total rubbish. The service was terrible and the salesman couldn't have cared less. Appalling service
DO NOT TRUST - Double Check EVERYTHING!
Do not trust! Complete fraudsters!
Went in to the EE Angel Islington store for an upgrade and without any word or discussion they had signed me up for a Lenovo tablet as well, I was unaware of this until I got a text saying that the equipment was returned and your line will be cancelled. Of course the 150 customer service helped explain this but the Angel store never answers their phone!!! I am fuming and completely disgusted because to top things off, my friends and family was removed and all the add-ons that I have had for years were removed too! The worst experience ever! I will be calling until matters are resolved ASAP!
Shop online and don't take at fave value
Went in as new sim wasn't working, decided to look at contracts only after a 5G data plan the advisor went through everything came back with a phone left again then came back with a bundle deal, phone for £50 a month, phone and watch £62.80(ish) or phone a crime £62+ checked 4 times what the hidden cost was as this wouldn't be the price told none each time and it was the bundle cost, went with phone and watch, agreed at £62.80 (there abouts) when paying noticed this was for a 25GB plan asked for this to be changed and stick to what was asked for, was also setting up broadband and would get data through this so wasn't needed, went down to 5GB but needed to pay £100 up front on that plan, new plan (bundle) would be £59 a month not £62.80, got home and after going through everything again I'm paying £52 a month for the phone and £18 for the watch, £70 a month, not what was sold, was In store so cooling off period is nil and void, feel the advisor lied there really - cancelled the broadband straight away as it was not installed or account even set up this was possible and its just hassle trusting what you sign for with EE, it's really not what your going to get - it is what it is now with the extra 4GB watch and dirty sales tactic but I'd suggest looking elsewhere, there are so many hidden cost and to be Frank they will lie to your face
Avoid at all cost! You could be a victim of your privacy and data breach.
Absolutely mortified. Disgusting service. Customer service is degrading by day, so sad to see how low service has dropped, run by bunch of hooligans.
After simply wanting a replacement SIM as mine was playing up and on advice by EE customer service I popped into my local EE Ilford IG1 branch, where I have previously took out a few contracts.. I was told to wait, after waiting for over a long hour, I am told to show a ID, which I did, I was then informed they will need to take a picture of me in person, I was surprised as I haven’t come across this policy before, after asking about my privacy concern as I’ve never heard of this and asking to see the policy in writing, I am told in a very rude abrupt manner it’s only their store policy and that EE is not aware of their store policy, they have nothing to show in writing for their secret policy.. such a shock to me and a big privacy concern, in this day and age not to have a policy in writing, a big red flag right there!!!
Avoid at all cost! as your privacy and data could be breached, who knows where they are uploaded customer pictures and creating fake profiles.
Spoken to EE customer service and they have no knowledge of this new store policy.
Llandudno retail parl
Poor customer service for my elderly parents who just needed help transferring data into new phone. Total disinterest from staff member and inaccurate assistance provided. Awful!
Do NOT use the ee shops
DO NOT USE THE STORES to do transactions. Bought a phone in store. It had an attached Samsung offer with it that the store assistant filled in as a courtesy whilst she was transferring data etc Turned out she made a hash of it. Result I lost £300 of Adidas vouchers because they have NO TRACIBILITY and therefore no responsibility to get it right. Went to ombudsman and they said "store staff can do as they like" because there's no way to prove they did wrong! EE have no interest in putting in a tracing system, otherwise they'd have to accept responsibility. Best advice BUY ONLINE as you can track it.
Such Poor Shop staff Disappointing 😞
I've been we EE for a few years now and always dealt with them over the phone and they have been brilliant. But today I had a problem with my phone a damp notification kept bleeping. So I entered the EE shop in SALISBURY on Friday 13th Oct thinking I would either be able to get the phone repaired or if unrepairable I could discuss an upgrade . The sales person who greeted me could not have been more UNHELPFUL if he tried I would have got more response and information talking to a dead corspe . Why EE imployed this person is beyond me . I was in and out of the shop within a minute and basically told to go else where to get a repair done . I tried to talk about an upgrade but he wasn't interested. I'm not normally one to leave a review but this terrible customer service at an extreme
Didcot Parkway branch
I recently called in to Reading branch for some help with transferring my data to my new phone, one guy did try very hard to help although I found the manager far less helpful.
Today day I called in to Didcot Parkway, this was a totally different experience these guys were great, both friendly and very helpful and did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience. Thank you to the wonderful staff, this would definitely encourage me to stay with EE.
