Good when it works
Received my dispenser within a couple of days of ordering it. First filter I used lasted about three weeks, when the digital display gets to 6 you change it. Second and third filters I've used seem to keep airlocking, water will not filter through consistently if at all. I am a bit nervous to order the fourth and fifth as they are £30 for two, the way they are performing this could end up a £60 pm subscription. Good when it works

Provides the best quality water for cooking & drinking

Good product.
I am happy with this filter especially because I can clearly see how clean the water becomes. Sadly each filter only last for two weeks. After two weeks of usage the water becomes with strange flavour even with water meter showing 3.

I have not had a very good experience…
I have not had a very good experience with either the product or the response to my questions and request for a refund.
Essentially, please do not buy this product if you live in a hard water area. It will not perform properly and you will need to change the filter at least once per week.
Obviously in a soft water area it may work perfectly well. If only there was this information on the website, I would not have made an expensive mistake and sent so much plastic to landfill (the filters).

From jug to big dispenser
I had a zero water jug for years and I ve now updated with the glass big dispenser. I am very happy with my new choice because you can still use the distilled water while refilling the station, thing you cannot do with the jug. Only a suggestion: although the big distiller looks fabulous with glass and shiny inox in my kitchen, it would be nice to have an optional adjunctive base to lift it off the surface as if positioned near the sink, water may go underneath and , unless empty and lighter, it s unpractical to dry the surface underneath. I guess it all depends where it is positioned.
