Stole 5 Euros and struggling to get it back 1 month later.
Made an order of 22E + 5E transport. 3 weeks later I get an email saying that the system didn't processed the order and now one or more item are not in stock anymore. Got a "full" refund within 1 minute of this email. I check the refund and it's for 22E only. Emailed them to rectify this. No response. 2 weeks later I send another email. Received an response in 1 minute saying that she will look into that straight away. About 3 or 4 days later still nothing.
