Great service from Black Cat PC
Great service. Great support via the website chat facility. Sourced the most suitable battery for my older laptop top. Package arrived the next day and was very securely packed. I have yet to install the battery, just need a quiet moment. I have every confidence it will be absolutely fine and will get us off using the charger all the time.

Excellent service from Black Cat . I ordered two Dell Laptop batteries form them in the last month and both arrived the next day with plenty of packaging . They also gave first rate help and advice on installation . Highly recommended .

Quick delivery, great service all round.
Very quick service, battery delivered by 08:30 the next working day. A genuine Dell battery at a price that was cheaper than buying directly from Dell. Also their website had useful tips regarding changing the laptop battery. I would definitely use Black Cat PC again.

Helped to confirm which battery was required for my Dell XPS 15 7590. Also provided detail instruction on how to install the new battery. When I ordered it was delivered very quickly.
