Everything is always great. I actually used to work with AVI, prior to the merge with SPL, and rode with them thru the Encore merge.

The representatives that I talked understood what we were looking for and asked a lot of questions before offering recommendations. If a staff member did not know the answer they directed and linked me with someone that did. They took my budget and presented items that fit in that as well as offering alternatives that were outside that for a better comparison. The items also arrived in a quick/timely manner.
