Falsche Versprechungen

ware defekt, firma verspricht schriftlich, mir bei eingang der ware den kaufbetrag zurückzuerstatten. ich habe aufgrund dessen einen funktioierenden kopfhörer bei einem anderen lieferanten gekauft. H&H hält sich aber nicht an seine zusage und schreibt jetzt es sei frechheit, dass ich die ware ohne karton zurückgeschickt habe. jetzt stellt mir H&H erneut den kopfhörer erneut zu und verweigert die versprochene rückerstattung. 2 paar kopfhörer braucht kein mensch. z.T. rüder kommunikationsstil von H&H

Hervorragend!!

Ich bin eher durch Zufall auf den Shop gestossen. Ich habe - etwas artfremd - ein DFB-Trikot gekauft, dass hier besonders günstig war.
