Poor customer support and inflexible policies
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from the Aston Martin F1 Store.
Shortly after placing my order, I realised there had been a website issue which resulted in the wrong size being selected at checkout. I contacted customer support IMMEDIATELY to request a cancellation before dispatch.
Despite this, I was told that cancellation was “no longer possible” due to warehouse processing, with no willingness to intervene, escalate the matter, or offer any practical solution. The response felt like a copy-paste policy rather than genuine customer support.
What’s frustrating is that the request was made promptly and the order had not yet been delivered. Also no effort was made to intercept the shipment or assist proactively
Instead, I was effectively told to wait, receive the item, and deal with the inconvenience myself. Now I will be out of pocket $130 with a pair of shoes that are the wrong size
For a brand associated with Aston Martin F1 Team, I expected a far higher standard of service and flexibility. This experience falls well below what you would expect from a premium brand.
At this stage, I am left with no option but to escalate the matter through PayPal.
I would strongly encourage the team to review how these situations are handled. A more customer-focused approach would go a long way.
I hope someone from management sees this and reaches out to resolve the issue properly.
