Pricey for what it is
Pricey for what it is and not really keen on it, I thought it would be better. Thought the taste would be stronger and its hardto drink out of because the straw is big.

Exceptional service and support
We'd lost a valve in our air up bottle, I contacted air up to see if they had any I could buy and started talking to the lovely Alex. They quickly worked out what we needed and thankfully there were some in stock, link provided to buy, problem sorted, happy 11 daughter who could use her bottle again! I managed to do something daft with the link and the order didn't go through, a few weeks later when I hadn't received the valve I contacted Alex again only to find the valves out of stock, they very kindly arranged to send a whole new lid for my daughter which arrived within 2 days. I can't thank you enough air up and more importantly Alex, you were so helpful and kind we really appreciate it xx

I've had my OG Steel air up bottle for…
I've had my OG Steel air up bottle for years now, always enjoyed using it and it's held up really well considering I use lots on the sea and it's been in quite a few dips! I recently lost the lid and couldn't source a replacement and contacted AirUp & they've sent a replacement out for free! Brilliant customer service and a product I'll continue to use for years to come.

This must be my third air up bottle over the years! I needed a smaller bottle which would be easier to handle and the click bottle is perfect. Beautiful colour - blue and purple, and delivery was fast. Air up do a good range of choices, not just colour, but sizes, styles and material. Took a while to choose, but it's spot-on! Wide choice of pods of course, and so much better than buying squash which for me is always too saccharine- tasting.

In all honesty I was rather frustrated…
In all honesty I was rather frustrated with the support initially- there was alot of contact over chat and the bot was generally very unhelpful- ignoring things I had said and advising me the same instructions (which I had already followed) again and again. When I finally received correspondence from Alex I was relieved however we did have to email back and fourth a few times to get the issue resolved. Overall they sorted the issue of the leaching bottle (metal) out and they were very kind about it. I appreciated the time taken to rectify matters.

Bad quality platic product
They removed my previous review because wa 1 star. Anyway, sevice is not good and the quality of bottles looks poor. NOT recccomended, buy other materials, not cheap plastic.

On receiving my starter pack which I had brought as a gift I noticed it wasn't the correct bottle wrong model & colour went straight on your chat and it was resolved in minutes new bottle arrived 2 days later.Very impressed with such quick great customer service 5 star 🌟 .
