near 2 months delivery from thse clowns and the quality has dropped 50 % i BOUGHT FROM ETSY IT WAS DELIVERD IN 1.5 WEEKS BE SMART DONT BUY FROM SHOP LEATHER

Smells like marijuana under his child and way overpriced

I have been ordering for 6 years and never had a problem. Any issues were resolved quickly. I keep returning because of the quality and unique nature of the product. I'm surprised to see the negative reviews. The all sound like examples of poor communication by a overly exciting customer.

I ordered a I pad pro case on 8th feb 2020 was told it was express shipping between 5/15 days now into April no sign of the case asked for a refund via PayPal

I ordered a Davis Leather case from Shop Leather. Unfortunately, due to my error I order a phone case for Iphone 7s, and should have order Iphone 7. ON confirmation of receipt of my order, I e-mailed shop-leather and advised of my error. I immediately received a response that they would change order and ship wallet for Iphone 7. "Sure enough, it arrived today and was for the Iphone7. Quality product, real leather and better than expected. THANK YOU SHOP LEATHER

I received my genuine leather Case for galaxy s8+ within a few days. So far the good news. The case was unfortunately stitched upside down and was therefore unusable. It happens. We are all humans. But instead of helping me the shop-leather company just ignores me. I can't find a telephone number and the only way to contact them is by email. I send out 6 emails and just asked them to contact me but none of my requests was answered. I'm so disappointed that companies like this exist. I don't want my money back I just want a product I can use. My advice: Don't buy any product at this unreliable company. There just not worth your trust...

Bought a case, half an hour later I didnt need it anymore (new phone) and sent an e-mail asking for a refund. No need to send me the product anymore. They didnt send the product but neither did they send my money back.

Now I have started a Paypal claim with the hopes of ever seeing my money again. Be careful buying here.

Fast and good service. Nice price and excelent products.

Only just received the product so don't know how it will last the test of time. minor initial criticisms. The plastic phone wrap needed abit of flexing to fit around the phone (htc one m8). The back of the plastic cover also has some glue on it which I peeled of myself. The holes in the leather also seem a little close to the camera. so far they don't impede on the camera view but I can see in time as the leather stretches and moves around slightly it could obscure the due camera on the HTC one M8.

With the above in mind however, I do like the finish of the leather and the detail. Some ideas that I didn't ask for but in hindsight I think would be good customizations. If the colour of the thread could be chosen and if custom pattens could be pressed into the leather it would make me more inclined to purchase from them in bulk.

There is a sticker on the pack requesting a 5 star review so they can keep doing the work they love. Like the added touch of the sticker and the part about continuing doing the work they love, but requesting 5 stars I found boarding a little on cheeky. Maybe reword it as I can see people potentially taking offense.

I purchased 2 cases, one for GS4, one for GS5
GS4 case is great! GS5 case is garbage! Plastic falls apart, cracks and crumbles! Cloth inside that holds Credit cards in the slots just wears out. So my cards slid out the side of the wallet, and I am sure my phone will fall out of the plastic soon. I have requested a replacement multiple times with a copy of the receipt. First I got excuses, and now my emails are getting ignored! I really liked the first one I used! The quality has just gone way down! Don't buy the ones with the brown cloth on the inside! They are trash! The one with the red and white pladd (SP?) pattern is still holding up great even after 2 years of use.

This company has bad customer service. I order a phone case and it came used.The leather was scratched and the plastics had markings like someone had used. Ask to return for a replacement and they would not even return emails. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! BAD BAD BAD

It also comes with a printed sticker saying please help us earn 5 Star . Now I know why they put this sticker on their products asking for something they don't deserve....

They shipped my item poorly and it was damaged when I got it! It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it showed up two weeks later (after Christmas was over) and the leather was scratched, the plastic was cracked, and warped. My phone wouldnt even snap into the case it was warped so bad. I tried to contact them and they finally responded after 5 e-mails. All they could offer me was to purchase another one for 50% off!!! Like I was going to spend more money on worthless garbage! Very disappointed and really didnt need the added stress around the holidays!
