I was very much looking forward to getting myself some of their posters after new years eve. I ordered 4 posters on the 3rd of January and they said it would ship out in 3-5 days. Well it didn't, it shipped out on the 12th of January, and for the first 2 days FedEx (the courier they used) didn't even pick it up. On the 14th it was finally picked up and delivered to me (Finland) on the 17th. However, they already actually "tried" to deliver it to me on the 16th. However it is well known that in Finland courier services give 0 f***s about delivering it to your home and just say they tried, when they don't, and just deliver it to a pickup point nearby.

As a summary I am really disappointed in the delivery services after paying a lot for the delivery, and having some posters delivered from Germany to Finland in 14 days.

Edit: Changed my review down to 2 stars because the posters actually came with their edges slightly damaged, which at this price point is unacceptable.

Edit 2: Forgot to edit a while ago, but I reached out to Kurgezagts customer support and they were very hasty in refunding a small amount of my order of the posters affected. They were fast and professional which I really appreciated, so I will change my review to 4 stars.

got bought the Earth hoodie for Christmas and the quality of the fabric itself feels super nice but unfortunately the stitching and sizing are not.

the first hoodie we got was 2XL and was more like an XL, and when placing my hand in the pocket for the first time the stitching ripped slightly. it was returned at our expense (£15) as my girlfriend didn't tell them about the rip and only that the size was wrong which was our mistake. this was returned sometime between Boxing Day and new years, and a new hoodie was ordered straight away.

The second hoodie arrived on the 9th of January which is a good delivery time, especially during the holidays and is within what is stated on their website, after ordering a size up the hoodie fitted okay, still a bit snug but okay. unfortunately, this one's pocket was even worse, I had already expected that the pocket might rip again so I put my hand inside and it ripped immediately with not much force at all.

the fact that we have had the same pocket rip with 2 hoodies that are different sizes leads me to believe this is a widespread problem.

their support seems to have improved massively looking at some other reviews on here they did reply within the hour and have done a full refund on the second hoodie without asking for a return, although I can't comment on whether shipping would also have been refunded as we bought a couple of other things with the second hoodie and qualified for free shipping

overall it's a real shame because their YouTube channel and the quality of their posters and calendars are amazing.

I bought their new knitted sweater a few weeks ago and it's so comfy! It's very thick and you can really tell it's great quality, it looks exactly like the pictures on their shop.

I can only recommend.

Ordered the 12,205 calendar and a poster in December and it arrived right on time for Christmas, made my girlfriend very happy!

I bought a package but it didn't arrive due to problems with the carrier (DPD). I made contact with DPD, but they said they couldn't do anything and to contact the sender. I did and got a very quick response. Within 30 minutes from my first e-mail, and 4 e-mails later a new product was on its way free of any additional charge. Very friendly customer service.

Perfect item, designed wonderfully the calender has lovely designs with intricate details and arrived a week earlier than expected!

My item hasn't arrived in a specified timeframe including extra buffer time. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son, which Kurtzgesagt hasn't even posted yet. I only found out because I enquired with customer services, otherwise no updates were given.

It is disappointing for a store who charges a lot for their products and shipping, but doesn't deliver the equivalent value or service for the money. I probably won't buy from there again.

Scam: Do not buy from kurzgesagt, never got my package, no support or even an info either

Kurzgesagt Shop = Scam Shop. Habe schon letztes Jahr im Dezember bestellt, aber Paket kam nie an. Wenn ich die Kommentare hier so lese, passiert das ja immer wieder mit genau dem selben Muster wie bei mir auch. Mehrmals den Support angeschrieben, bis es dann endlich mal (4 Wochen später) eine Antwort gab und nach 3 Mails, sagte Kurzgesagt, dass sie nichts machen können und mein Paket als auch das Geld (knapp 60€ mit Versand) einfach weg ist. Ich habe keinen Grund bekommen was überhaupt passiert ist oder wieso mein Paket nicht angekommen ist oder wo es sich befindet. Support schreibt mir zwar "bei Fragen melden Sie sich bei mir" aber antwortet seitdem auch nicht mehr. Das ganze geht nun bald 7 Monate ohne ein Paket oder irgendwelche Infos. Vom Support kam auch kein Angebot, die Kosten oder einen Teil der Kosten zu übernehmen oder mir einen neuen Kalender zuzuschicken. Es ist einfach ein Scam Shop, die machen ihr Geld indem Kunden betrogen werden und dann kommt nichts mehr vom Support zurück.

Channel deabonniert. Nie wieder supporte ich kurzgesagt bei irgendwas - selbst schuld, wenn euch die Kunden nichts wert sind.

Ich kann nur wirklich jedem ans Herz legen, hier nicht einzukaufen.

In short, shop = scam shop. I ordered last year in December, but the parcel never arrived. When I read the comments here, it happens again and again with exactly the same pattern as mine. I wrote to support several times until I finally got an answer (4 weeks later) and after 3 emails, they said in short that they couldn't do anything and that my parcel and the money (almost 60€ with shipping) was simply gone. I didn't get any reason as to what had happened or why my parcel hadn't arrived or where it was. Support wrote to me ‘if you have any questions, please contact me’ but has not replied since. The whole thing has now been going on for almost 7 months without a parcel or any information. Support has also not offered to cover the costs or part of the costs or to send me a new calendar. It's just a scam shop, they make their money by cheating customers and then nothing comes back from support.

Unsubscribed from the channel. In short, I'll never support you again for anything - it's your own fault if you don't value your customers.

I can only recommend everyone not to shop here.

Wrong clothes measures in the online store, partial refunds when the items are returned and return shipment paid fully by the customer. Customer support sparse, lacking understanding and acceptance when the company does things wrong. DO NOT BUY HERE.

The order was delivered in a timely manner, but unfortunately the size didn't fit me so I initiated a refund.

Apparently there's no return label or easy way to return it. So you'll have to arrange it yourself with a delivery company which is 3x the price of the original freight cost.

Seems very questionable to not have a better refund service when selling clothes

No problems ordering a comfy hoodie. Shipping was fast and the product was in good shape.

I ordered 4 months ago still didn’t receive I am very upset by this as I really want the poster I have emailed numerous times and I don’t know what else to do
About a few days after writing this review they gave me a full refund so I was happy with that but now idk if I should order again

I paid for the 2024 calendar with standard shipping december 10'th but never recieved it... After noticing the Kurzgesagt costumer service of this January 11'th, they attempted to resend this with standard shipping, yet the second package still didn't arrive.

Instead of upgrading the shipment to contain track and trace, I got reimbursed the price of the calander but not the shipment (February 14'th)...

I confirmed the address multiple times, so no error on my part... Hence I paid 8$ for absolutely nothing...

I ordered a poster on December 28. It was shipped from Netherland to Luxembourg. By February I saw that the item had been returned to sender. There was no errors in my address, I re-confirmed it and they sent the item again. Now it March 16 and I found out that other time around my order has been returned back to the sender. I requested my money back after almost 3 months of waiting. Now I wonder if this is some sort of scam...

Ordered a calender late December.
After 1.5 months I did not receive it so I reached out. They told me they sent it again.
1.5 months after that I did not receive that one either.
Got only a partial refund. Had to pay 8,68 euros in shipping for something that never arrived.

Paying 8,68 euros for waiting for 3 months for nothing is nothing short of a scam and should be illegal.

Do not ever buy anything from them.

Do not buy from this business!! I never received my package, despite the calendar being sent twice. It got lost twice, apparently. I live two countries away from where it’s sent from, yet three months later there’s nothing. Kurzgesagt used to be good, but it seems they don’t care about their customers anymore. A real shame.

Don’t buy them anything. I bought a poster and after two claims in Two months it did not arrive. They returned the cost but deducted 9€ for the transport. Why? I am not responsible of the transportation companies they work. They are a disaster.

So. I ordered a calendar for this year and it never arrived so I talked to their support and they sent me a replacement which also never arrived. At that point i just gave up.

Last year i also ordered a calendar and i actually got the second one they sent me.

The year before that, the same thing happened, i got the second one.

Never ordering from them again.

Been waiting for my package for almost 3 months now I’m only 1 country away how tf can it take so long. Was supposed to be a birthday gift today guess not

Never got what I ordered.

I ordered 3 posters. The link they have me to follow my package was still at "On its way". But apparently when I started an investigation of where my package was, an attempt of delivery had already been made, but no one had said anything and furthermore, the package had not been left in any Access point where I could go get the package, but is was being returned to the US.

When I called the mail companies for information, nobody knew about this package, they all sent me to other mailing companies. I sent a mail to the kurzgesagt shop to see if they could track the package but the only two options were a refunding of the order (minus the shipping price for the sending of the package and the return of it to the US!!!) or paying the shipment price again to try to resend it.

Worst experience ever receiving a package. A complete disaster. The initial order was 66 USD and I only got 31 USD refunded. They are so beautiful but do not buy items in this shop.
