Works really well most of the time and…
Works really well most of the time and has good conditions. With a few shops they don't deliver the cashback on time and sometimes even when following directions the cashback doesn't get recognized (had this especially with Austrian Airlines and Wayfair). Customer service is relatively quick to respond, but hasn't really helped when cashback is late.
It's also odd that they have reviews of their partners, but I can't seem to write one myself.

Avoid them for aliexpress orders
One year later I can confirm that they rejected all my aliexpress orders without any decent reason. From my point of view, they don't deserve even 1 star. Avoid them especially for aliexpress orders
I bought a new phone, a pair of sneakers and air purifier for almost 400$ during the 11.11 event. They've found only one order for 10$ and gave me only 0.50 cashback. I've never had such experience with rebatesme or quidco. I would never use them again.
SOME Updates: I manually reported the missing orders and I received an email that said It would take 6 to 12 months to get response from aliexpress. Are you joking???

it does say on our Aliexpress page that it takes up to 12 months for this merchant to pay us the cashback and that you should consoder this before using Shoop because we can't sped up this process with Aliexpress:

We kindly ask you not to "blame" Shoop for a) tracking issues which we are not responsible for (it's either an issue on the merchant side or the buyers side) and b) cashback conditions and timeframes the merchants give us which we are passing on to our users through our merchant pages.
We understand that you are upset but really we are doing all we can to manually get this cashback for you from Aliexpress.

Customer Support needs seriously to be trained. Absolutely unfriendly and unprofessional. I got to had my password changed because of some leak. Not only they want to "teach" me how bad my password was, after receiving errors from their system to change it, had to contact them again and again. If you like to get blamed for their errors, you are right here. If not, I suggest looking for a better cashback/affiliate. Definitely deleting my account.

if merchants reject the cashback it's mostly because the order / booking was already accredited to another (marketing) channel. This can happen, if you don't delete your browser cookies before you login. It could also happen when you use a voucher-code which wasn't listed on our merchant page (and therefore cannot be combined with cashback) or when you open other browser tabs while you are ordering. Unfortunately, once the merchant already paid another channel the cashback, we have no chance of getting it for you anymore.
