False advertising

I was served an advertisement for Nordstrom shoes and it turned out to be from Shoewang.com

The shoes were received and they were of inferior materials, not true to size and the color was far off what was advertised

I wrote to them requesting a return and refund and for the last 3 weeks I've been sent multiple emails, all AI generated, refusing to refund stating that they are suffering from a financial crisis. Their site advertises a 100% guarantee and they are not honoring.
