Following a dispute, I turned to the Customer Service Department. There, I was helped by a kind lady called Violet. She swiftly and to my satisfaction solved the problem for me.

To my surprise, they have taken ownership of the issue.

I signed up for a subscription by mistake, but customer service took care of it right away. They contacted me and refunded my money promptly.

I would love to be refunded.

They addressed all my concerns and ensured they were fully resolved.

Complete scam un ticked the box regarding membership before payment, they gave me membership anyway and charged more money than the item I payed for 4 days later as there cancellation took 14 days complete scam avoid!!!

Was a shame how things worked out, but Nela from their escalation team helped rectify things

I accidently subscribed to shoeshubpro via clickbait link on Facebook and my issue is currently in the process of being resolved. Their online consultants were very patient and helpful👍.

Scammers company, you think you are buying some shoes and end up taking out a subscription that you don't want, it means no refund payment, even worse they send emails promising a refund if you change your review here
