Unreachable customer service

I've bought a pair of sneakers (N91 Original Draft Turkis).
The actual color differed vastly from the picture online and I'm stuck with the pair.

The customer service was then totally unreachable, neither by email nor by phone (more than a dozen calls). I've finally reached the Frankfurt shop which was very helpful but the customer service never followed up.

It's a shame because the shoes seem of good quality.

Good quality shoes

Good quality shoes – but if something goes wrong, you're on your own.
No warranty, no support. It ruins the whole experience. I’ve ordered 15 pairs in the last 5 years, and they just don’t care. If you have an issue, like I did, they’ll ignore your emails and claims. Great shoes, terrible service. Buy at your own risk.

UPDATE:
After posting this review, the company reached out to me and explained that they had been experiencing technical issues, which caused the delay in responding to my emails. They have since resolved the problem and handled the situation properly. However, regarding Instagram, the issue was different — they had seen my message but instead of investigating further, they simply told me to contact them by phone. So while the email communication problems might be understandable, the handling on Instagram could have been better.
That said, since I’m satisfied with the rest of the shoes and the issue was eventually resolved, I’m increasing my rating to reflect the resolution. I might still give them another chance in the future.

Unfortunately, we do not understand the rating since your last contact with us was on Feburary 1st and my collegue from claims department responded on February 3rd with the offer to find a solution for your out of warrenty shoes you bought almost 2 years ago. We have never received a response on that from your side and changed your mind.
So please check your spam folder for the response or just start a fresh request.
We are as always willing to do the best for our customers, where possible.
Since you had good experiences in the past, we wonder about this desolate rating. It would be nice if we can start again and would be happy of an adjustment of your rating.
Please contact our customer service to try and find a solution.
