Unfortunately, the arches on the insoles did not sit where I needed them. However, delivery and packaging was superb and getting a full refund was very quick and simple. I cannot fault the service at all and would certainly use them again if I can find the right insole for awkwardly high arches.

Beyond frustrated
Beyond frustrated! I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying from this company.
I ordered the wrong size insoles. As soon as I realised my mistake, I returned them immediately. I did not even open the packaging.
When they received the return, they claimed the insoles had been used and were covered in debris. They even sent photos of used insoles! This is simply impossible, as the package was never opened! So either the item was sent to me in that condition, or their assessment of the return was inaccurate.
I spent a considerable amount of time emailing and speaking to customer service, explaining the situation clearly on multiple occasions. Despite this, they refused to refund me or offer any reasonable resolution.
I'm now out around £40 for the insoles, plus the cost of return postage, through no fault of my own. It's incredibly frustrating to be treated this way as an honest customer. I expected a fair investigation and some willingness to resolve the issue, but instead I was met with repeated refusals.
Based on my experience, I definitely won't be purchasing from this company again.
A word of advice: if you ever need to return an item to this company, take clear photos or a video of the product before sealing the package. Had I done that, I would have had evidence that the insoles had never been opened or worn. I never imagined I'd need to prove something like that, but based on my experience, I wouldn't take the risk.

The insoles were found not to have been returned in a resellable condition and, for that reason, we were unable to approve a refund in accordance with our published returns policy. Photographs taken during the inspection were provided to support our findings.
Your concerns and subsequent correspondence were carefully reviewed before a final decision was reached. Following that review, our position remained unchanged.
