Why didn’t I read the reviews first!!!!! Normally I do!! Ordered some highland cow slippers back in November 2025. After repeated emails requesting a shipping date they finally arrived mid January. Opened the package to find ‘cat’ motif slippers. I’m sorry but I’m not a cat person and I didn’t want these. I’m not prepared to pay to return them and they are flatly refusing to fulfill the refund unless I do. And they won’t send me the slippers I order !!! ( I also thought shoe store uk were in the UK - silly me)!!!!
Stay well clear of this company.

I think I should have looked at the reviews before ordering but for some reason sensible me didn't do that I hope I get my shoes but I have a bad feeling that I won't or the will be shoddy but I will always look in future for

Stay clear of this company based in China.A "scam" company.Order never arrived.After months of emails requesting a full refund or the order sent,the order arrived.Not fit for purpose shabby poor quality top and slippers,nothing like the one's in their ad photo's.After more hassle,I finealy accept a 15% refund.This is not English based company.A Chinese company with many others in China opperate from a system known as "theshed".Be Warned!!

Avoid this Scam company at all costs. Their products are unfit for purpose. I bought furry, water/rainproof, non slip boots but my feet got soaked, through the soles, whilst waking on short grass. I object paying for return of faulty goods to receive a refund. They offer 20% off instead but what's the good of keeping unusable items.
I regret that I have to give them even 1 star.

If its too good to be true, then its not true.

I ordered a pair of work shoes, 10 size, they sent to me 11 size, I post them back, to receive my refunds, I received the amount I paid for them, but they didn't paid my £6.65 , the amount I paid to sent them back..cheaters...not recommended...

I ordered a pair of boots online October 17, 2024. After placing the order I received an email stating as soon as the items shipped I would be notified with a tracking number. I waited. Time went by. I copied my order number and went to their website. Under my order details, in red, it said if you have tried to cancel this order after the order was placed we are sorry it will be processed and you can place a return after you receive it. I thought that was odd as I never requested to cancel the order. I waited a bit longer then I started getting irritated. It is difficult to find an email online for the company, a phone number, yes. But I wanted to send a screenshot of what it showed under my order.
Sent my email the 27th, received an automate response saying they would get back to me within 48 hours. Early this morning, the 29th I received a ‘so sorry reply’! The order I placed on the 17th, ran out of stock the 18th. I never received a notification or as far as I can tell , a refund. Again, so sorry and here is 15% off your next purchase. No thank you. I wanted the boots before now not another wait of up to 10 days with the possibility of the order being cancelled and my not being notified. I even checked my junk mail folder!
I am beyond annoyed at their lousy customer service! So beware if you order from this well know footwear merchant!!
Update: I used ApplePay so I went to my wallet in my iPhone. There it was with the purchase date of 10/27. I called my bank. They reviewed it on their end. Looked like they returned the funds immediately which is great. At least I wasn’t scammed. BUT I was not made aware of the error on their end. So much.for using that puny 15% apology to shop for something g else. FYI: you can find a lot of their footwear on Amazon. Perhaps not with a discount, but as a Prime member you will get your shoes fast!

Don't buy any shoes from this company, you'll regret it if you do ,paid £22 for some sandals, they are absolute garbage ,I threw them straight in the bin ,I couldn't even donate to a charity shop as the material they were made from was lethal & I couldn't have that on my conscience if someone broke their neck in them

I may be there last victim...I bought a pair of jeans but were sent the wrong color, also need a smaller leg.
They was sent back about the 6th-7th Feb. This is where it all went wrong. I kept having to ask for my refund and like one of the previous people here was sent 2 pence,then another 2 pence. I managed to get in touch with Amazon and asked for my full £15.98, i was then given £9.97. I rang Amazon again and they have now refunded me another £2.00 (11.97).
I am about to phone Amazon yet again to try and get the remainder of my money back. As it stands at the moment, although they say its been added back to my original card its still not showing yet.
I do hope it does.

Stop buying from this online company, there's prices very cheap. Ones you see the price, it makes you buy, but I don't know why they are still on the social platforms and online brands and not banned!?

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes... one pair for wedding...looked lovely - never got delivered despite the tracking saying that they were.....

The shoe store shop in Romford Unit 7 The Mercury MALL ROMFORD RM1 3EE not only the QUALITY OF THERE SHOES BOOTS IS RUBBISH BUT THERE CUSTOMERS SERVICE AS WELL. I went in for a refund or a exchange as the boots I had bought was expensive but in a short period of time the got damaged by it getting peeling infront of the boots. So when I went back to request a refund or a exchange the assistant by the name of CHANDRIKA refused blankly and asked me to go away there is nothing I can do, and basically wanted me to ignore the damaged boots, this assistant CHANDRIKA was EXTREMELY RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE so TO FOB ME OFF. This The Shoe Store shop is a family business but MONEY DIGGERS WHO HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THERE CUSTOMERS WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THERE CHEAP QUALITY BOOTS BUT THE PRICE TAG IS EXPENSIVE. So I had asked this assistant CHANDRIKA can you please give me the MANAGERS or the HEAD OFFICE DETAILS I WANT TO PUT IN A COMPLAINT REGARDING THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE THAT YOU ARE GIVING ME AND FOR THE QUALITY OF THE BOOTS SO AGAIN SHE BLANKLY REFUSED. As I was asking for the details, ANOTHER CUSTOMERS CAME IN THE SHOP INFRONT OF ME WITH HER DAMAGED BOOTS WHICH SHE SAID SHE HAD ONLY BOUGHT TWO WEEKS AGO AND SHE WAS ALSO REFUSED A REFUND AS WELL. Customers spend money for GOOD QUALITY AND FOR GOOD CUSTOMERS SERVICE. And NOT FOR RUBBISH QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE when there is a problem WITH THE GOODS you had bought. AGAIN TODAY MY EXPERIENCE IN THE SHOE STORE SHOP WAS HORRIFIC. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes that looked lovely . The description in no way represented the actual items. Cheap plastic foreign manufactured.
Trying to return, but no reply to 4 emails. Only an overseas telephone number which I have no intention of calling. This is a very dodgy company, advise do NOT buy from them.

I got a pair of shoes size 38 which is my size. They arrived on time but the size is definitely not 38 because they are at least 2 size smaller. I tried multiple times to request a change of size or a return the site keeps spinning forever. I tried different devices but still the same. I raised then a ticket through the website but nobody came back to me in more than a week. So I tried to send them an email but the email provided bunched back. I then sent a message through their Instagram page and nobody ever answered me. As result I have a pair of shoes I will never be able to change nor return and 79 euro loss in my pocket. DO NOT BUY PLEASE! ABSOLUTE SCAM

Company details highly suspicious at companies House. No reply to email or phone. Ordered wedge trainers from what you are led to believe is a UK based company. Were shipped from China in just a bag. No quality whatsoever and just cheap rubbish that has disgusting smell and only fit for the bin. Avoid and don't waste your money!

Company doesn't offer to cover cost of returns as they make the customer pay which is ridiculous. They need to realize that not all shoes are going to fit and to not include the shipping labels like @amazon is an epic fail!

These guys are just a joke. It has been a month and my £50 with items have not been entered in the system. They sent me a tracking number but there is nothing on the tracking system. And you cant get hold of anybody. I think they are based in China and not London.
