Cool website
Cool website; user friendly interface, cool AI feature! Super happy with result (hoodies w/ print)...when they 'finally' arrived. ShirtUp advertises on swift delivery (1-5 days) but was not able to live up to its promise, which is understandable around XMas. However, informing customers on steps in order progress e.g. through the user interface (and/or informing on delay through email) would be helpful and improve the overall user experience.

Female sizes are very little
The delivery time was uncertain, and unfortunately it came later than what we needed, but what was pretty annoying was the girls and women size. The L size for the women is extremely smaller than the S size for men, and the 10 year old for boy is basically bigger than the 12 year old for a girl.
The female sizes are just smaller than they should

Their return/refund policy is a total scam
While finishing up my order I made a mistake filling in my personal information, so I made a second order quickly after that, in order to correct it and avoid any delivery delays from happening. I wrote an email + their refund form, explaining the problem.
Because of their pOLiCy they refused to cancel my order, even though my order wasn't even made or shipped yet and only offered to correct the delivery information.
In short, you are being immediately punished by their policy for making any kind of mistake during your order. I have never experienced this in any other website/service and it feel like a total scam. Now I am stuck with an extra shirt that I do not want and I cannot return.

As mentioned in our prior email communication, once an order is placed, our supplier immediately dispatches the clothing items. Unfortunately, once an order gets cancelled, these items cannot be reused after being shipped to our printing facility for production. Instances like these underscore the necessity of having a cancellation policy in place. This is not unusual for other online stores or print-on-demand businesses that handle customized products.
We responded to your initial email within 24 hours of receiving your first message, offering assistance in changing the shipping address name as you requested. Regrettably, a second order was placed by you before we could even finalize this change. However, in adherence to our standard cancellation policy, canceling your order based on the creation of a new order is not a feasible reason.

Way too small
Ordered a T-shirt size 12Y but a normal 6YO would not have been able to fit into this shirt.

Very good quality of the product
Very good quality of the product. It came a bit late, because of how busy the company was in that moment. My design came out the way I wanted to. Although online I couldn't get the text on the shirt smaller, so I had to go with big letters. Maybe change that in the future and make it possible.
One last thing: The photos are very clear and sharply printed on the product, I am very surprised they turned out that good. Thank you.

Quality shirts but small sizes
The print nice and clean (definitely not just a cheap iron-on), the quality of the shirt is really good. The sizes are very small though, I ordered one size bigger than I used to but it was still very tight.
Not 24-hour shipping but arrived in a few days so no complaints :)
