I ordered a sweatshirt at 28 octomber. After a week they wrote to me that they had sent it and that they would send me a tracking number. Today is December 20th. I have written to them several times, but they have stopped responding. Definitely do not believe it! They took the money and the sweatshirt is nowhere to be found
I ordered a sweatshirt from them and the quality of the sweatshirt’s image was terrible and not remotely like pictured. I messaged them to get a refund and return and they were slow to respond and finally offered me a 70% discount on future purchases (like I’d buy anything else) or a 50% refund. I’d post photos here if I could. I ordered the retro sweatshirt and the image is blurry, the background looks printed instead of like the material shown in the image and the seams are all different. What a waste of money since I wouldn’t ever wear this abomination in public.
Well, I’m happy for all the other reviewers, but my experience was much different. I ordered a shirt and they baited and switched the shirt and refuses to make it right. I went to the order acceptance email yesterday and showed them the picture of what I ordered. They said it was my mistake. I went to the picture today. It was blocked out then all of a sudden it showed up with the picture that they sent me again bait and switch. I would not use this company I would stay away from this company, I must admit the shirt isn’t that bad but it is not what I ordered
I love the product and I love how they kept in touch with me while it was being delivered
I've shopped here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The returns and warranties process is very convenient. Nevertheless, providing more details about the return policy would reassure customers.
