This company is the worst shipper in the world. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT YOUR PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED!! They can't find my address so I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks. I have emailed customer service about it and they're not helping at all. On top of that, they have stopped responding to my emails so I have to open a chargeback now since I'm never getting what I ordered.
Until I placed an order through a company that uses to shipx, I'd never heard of it. 1st order had shipping label generated and status did not change for over a week until replacement order with original company was placed. Now appears both orders will arrive on same day, but who knows. Arrived at destination city, unloaded and reloaded same day. Company where product ordered will get a separate review if order is ever received. Although I do think they need to change shipping companies.
