Terrible company, avoid if possible

Its terrible company, proccesing time 7 days after payment. Communication is very slow, few hours they are looking for my orders. They send different sizes, and other mistakes that will cost you. Easiest way to go out of business if you work with them.

Processing constantly delayed because of unclear/incomplete communication

There's one thing that STM has for them is how cheap they are compared to others. They always get the best deal I've seen.
Unfortunately, the service matches that, the processing kept being pushed back because of lack of communications, delays in answers, incomplete processing, unclear communication etc.
All that resulted in an increasing delay of processing times and I just couldn't deal with them anymore. They kept changing shipping methods when I made my choices clear from the very beginning too.
On top of that they have a lack of expertise in sourcing products, if you expect them to really source exactly whatever you found on Ali etc., don't. Because you will most likely hit a wall very quickly, unless you only source trending products I guess. While the competition will most likely be able to source it.

Also, I need to mention that everything was done manually since I'm not selling on Shopify, maybe your experience will be better if you use their app, I don't know.

Delayed lift off

Was place with a sales agent named Meraflor and was very disatisfied with her unprofessionalism. As someone that is new to the space i have been unable to start getting order because a person refuses to do there job without any reasoning. Ive been very patient mand repectful but it seems im being taking for granted. Its now almost 2weeks later

My testimony

My testimony, after almost a month and over 150 orders, is not very positive! They are very slow in processing orders no less than 3/5 days (very different from the 24 hours they promise). Now I'm still waiting with some firm orders of December 16, despite the various reminders, I have not had any response!
