ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS
I placed an order and paid my invoice immediately with Bodil on December 4th, 2024. We are talking almost 1000 euros. I ordered shipping material for my new business. Today is March 13th, more than 4 months later, and I still do not have my order.
Every time I reach out, I get an answer after weeks saying, oh, that is so weird, with no apology or no proof of them sending an order. You never receive tracking information, so you never know if or when you will receive your items. These people/person are scammers; they take your money and don't take it seriously that you rely on them and your business cannot start because you are waiting for months and months.
I am forced to take this to to the lawyer and hope this way I will get my money back, but no one will give me those 4 months of stress and losing my time and money I could have made. I cannot express how unacceptable this behavior is, and no one should support this with their money.
