Not delivered
I didn't receive any information about the delivery when it arrived, and then the delivery was sent back to the sender. Customer service doesn't respond to my inquiries in any way other than claiming that the delivery is at its destination. I lost the money I spent on the products and delivery.
Very good, fast shipping.
Gave clear instructions on everything and was very easy to follow along to. Got my product in a week. And its was very easy to use and ship where i wanted it.

I have used Shippii on and off for the past five years or so, perhaps I have been lucky but I have never had any issues. Be aware though that they now (at least where I live in Sweden) cooperate with UPS. UPS leaves quite a bit to desire, which is not to blame Shippi really, but might be good to know. They co-oped with Bring earlier and those deliveries where always flawless.
I got my package about a week after I placed my order. Shippi were super speedy picking up my package. However, I did not get an email when my order was dispatched so I had to keep track myself. Overall a good experience, but as said please be aware that they most likely changed shipping partner.
Made my order february 10th 2024
Made my order february 10th 2024. I have reminded them about the order every week since then (34 emails). No goods arrived and, no one hears back, warning - do not use this scam company!
Atleast it was faster than the previous one.
Ordered from this company earlier this year and had to wait a whole month before I got my delivery.
So when I did another order earlier this week I wasn't expecting my package to arrive for atleast a few weeks, but behold, 4 days later I got the message that it had arrived at the nearest post office.

Ingen stjerner. I Canceled an order from hverdag.dk in may 2024 the day after I made my order. Shippii was the only shipping company that I could use, they gladly took my money and now they won’t pay me back. Instead they keep on saying that my order is on its way and soon will arrive. But it won’t!!!!!! I have cancelled the order and I have sent the confirmation from Hverdag.dk to Shippii.
They are scammers.
They are scammers. Do not use. Paid for "shipping insurance". Had issue with shipping. They don´t respond. In reality there is no insurance. They just take your money. It´s all a scam. Their phone number is fake. You can´t call them. Their "file a claim" form is fake. It just says wrong order number no matter what you type. They never respond email. What a joke.

Not even a reply although I've tried to contact them multiple times.
No updates, no comments, no refund, nothing.
Made an order 12/2 and now more than 6 months later, as of 13/8, I've not got anything delivered and not even a single reply from Shippi.

Stay away! Waiting for over 4 months. I had used them couple of times, the Netpris packet from Germany to Finland taking up to month or two. Now I have got nothing since delivery confirmation a day after the order. I have contacted them repeatedly both via email, and contact form, no answer. No telephone number to be found. Tried their claim form, that doesn't work "Order number unauthenticated". Going for the authorities next to try to get the delivery or my money back from both the purchase and shipment. Frustrating / No customer service / Hoax

I filed a claim on your website regarding damaged goods.
I've been writing to you now every month - for 9 months - 9 times. Still haven't got an answer or my refund. Soooo bad!
Paid my transport order June 26th
Paid my transport order June 26th. Now after that nothing has been done. I have contacted the customer service several times, but no answer. They have not sent any freight documents to the shop, so my packet still stays there.
Shippii lost my beer, refuses to answer
Three crates of beer missing for two months now, neither my e-mails with questions regarding this (three as of now) or my formal claim for a refund has been noticed. Not one answer, total silence from this sorry excuse for a delivery firm. Please stay miles away from Shippii, they are not a serious company.

Delivery service invoiced from our company credit card, no replies to inquiries for 4 weeks, no replies, no deliveries. Money wasted.
Looks like a scam, should we had looked to the reviews earlier we never would have placed an order to this fraud delivery company.
In 30 years of international trade it has been the worst experience. Shame on them.
They are the worst parcel delivery…
They are the worst parcel delivery company in the whole wide world. Do not trust them as they don’t care about your delivery. Once they pick up your delivery, then it’s your loss. It will never be delivered, and if you are so lucky and it will be delivered, it might takes weeks or even months, that is if they didn’t lose or took your delivery away. Look at how many people got scammed and who lost their delivery and goods and so much money. Don’t use them and certainly don’t trust them, as they will never respond to you via email or even you try to ring them they never ever answer back. The worst and the worst delivery company in the whole entire world
No goods, no replies, claims form not working
As so many others I've used shippii before with Netpris with good results. However ordered goods the 12th of March - still no update from Shippii, and netpris doesn't take responsibility (surprise). Should have checked trustpilot but as I havent had challenges with this before it didn't occur to me. stay away. Stay far away as you will never see your goods
