New version sucks big time
They made us wait for 3 months while still charging $99 per month, then they shipped a product that is so glitchy that its barely possible to work. And of course a new price $199 in the name of the "best possible quality". Just a money grab with no accountability. Once the alternatives are there, time to teach these greedy SaaS passive income dreamers a lesson.
Theyve gone downhill, 0 customer support, empty promises
their system has been down for 2 months. their last update was a month ago stating they would be up and running again in a week or so. 0 reply from customer service regarding any update on the situation. Meanwhile we're still being charged each month for a service that is not up and running. I've since switched to Nemoship after being fed up with their customer service.

Never got software to work. Billed after trial even though not working. Support never answered.
Customer support is non-existent
Customer support is non-existent. No reply to two support tickets. Signed up for free trial, my ASINs never did sync properly. The trial was up after the three days and no update from the sync and no response from CS. Terrible CS.

The Data synchronization from Amazon…
The Data synchronization from Amazon was not working (waited for more than a day), and although I received a reply relatively quickly on my email from the support ( to send SKU list in a csv or xls to the support team in order to load SKU list ), I could not come back to the team within the 3 days trial period. So I could not try the application as I could not see any SKUs there, and I haven't received any feedback/offer to prolong the trial because of these technical problems.
Overall, I would recommend it 100%. But
This company gives the option to combine the shipments into 1. Which is great by itself, After many years of shipping to Amazon, discovering this for full truckload and even half truck it's amazing.
It reduces the price by half most of the time if not more. I haven't used it this much yet, but from the beginning it's great. The downside is that it doesn't have the ability to continue with the configuration to the later steps which causes the units to come through as individually packed regardless of the earlier choice.
You can still make the shipment this way, but we need to download the Excel and copy the configuration sometimes into a few thousand cells.
But since it's the same info it's not so hard.
But I guess with Amazon you don't really have much of free actions anyway, and having this option overcomes the challenge of creating the shipment.
Overall, I would recommend it 100%.

I needed support because my products were not sinking. They took 2 days to get back to me and fix the problem. This means my shipment will be delayed. A chat and phone support would give your clients a more efficient experience.

API within Amazon has been disconnected. Support said they were working on it. It's been a week and still now word. I followed up for an update and still they have not responded to my email. Very disappointed.
The tool does not work at all
The tool does not work at all. Their API connection is broken and although they are aware of this, they still let users sign up to their tool.
The MWS connection didn't sync
provided authorization to their software and amazon showed process finished successfully.
on their dashboard it showed they don't have MWS authorization.
