Customer service just reports an error, no other contact info, no possibility of deleting my account because it says I have an active subscription. This is so annoying!

It's impossible to understand the comments, it appears as returned to sender and the next day as delivered. None of them is true, the package was not delivered AT ALL!!!!

Ship24 is as unreliable and the companies they’re doing business with out of China. Telling customers a shipment has been delivered whereas a package was never received. When you try to contact costumer services you end up going through their website which looks more like a labyrinth than getting answers to your questions.

Our online store is using Ship24 IOSS service for shipping into Europe. Everything went smoothly, we got the IOSS number in 2 days, we did our first VAT declaration nearly automatically thanks to the data pulled from our Shopify store. We had to clarify one particular issue on how to use the IOSS number and it went fine afterwards.
Just a recommendation for other online store owners: Switzerland and Norway are not part of EU and you cannot use IOSS for those 2 countries.

We analyzed several IOSS services and Ship24 stood out as the best value for money. It's very affordable compared to other similar services, it's connected to our Shopify store for the automatic VAT declaration and the customer support is efficient. Special thanks to Linda who took the time to answer many of our questions on how to implement the IOSS scheme in our shipping and VAT declaration processes. No problem to recommend this IOSS service!

We chose ship24.com for IOSS. The IOSS registration link went to spam and then expired. Linda never responded to my 3 chasers after they said they would resolve this. We were charged 170 GBP to get started and have nothing to show for it. We're now using another service. If SHIP24 are this unprofessional for their other services I'd recommend keeping clear of this company if you're a merchant.
