Purchased an aromatherapy atomiser

Purchased an aromatherapy atomiser, product arrived faulty with cracks in water chamber.
Photographed damage & was advised to return to USA, even though I purchased from a listed UK address.
Was told I would need to pay postage but would receive full refund for item.
I have now been waiting 4 months for my refund with copious amounts of emails being sent.
Last email stated manager's decision required.

Avoid this company like the Plague!!!

Defective product - no customer service and poor quality

I ordered a facial light therapy device - it arrived and is faulty - will not charge so therefore not able to use it
I’ve emailed twice to request replacement or refund and had no response or acknowledgement to my emails so doubt there is even a customer service department
The product is of very poor quality and feels & looks cheap - not at all like in the advertisement
Cannot offer feedback on effectiveness of product as mine arrived faulty ? Poor company and highly advise you do not shop with them

Don’t buy from this company

Don’t buy from this company. I have contacted them three times as I did not receive my purchase. I wish I had read these reviews prior to making the purchase.

WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Only wish I'd read these reviews before purchase. Product took over 3 wks to arrive and was faulty (couldn't recharge via USB as stated). They insisted the item be returned to USA even tho returns address on the parcel was UK. I was eventually refunded only for the item but am still waiting for the promised £20 postage costs... months pass.

Don’t trust the very well craft website…

Don’t trust the very well craft website of this Cie. They will send you whatever they have in stock, from wherever they are situated, but certainly not in USA or Europe, wrapped in an extremely poor condition. In addition, you will receive whatever you ordered weeks/months after you paid online. Then, if you not please & send the item back, that will be the end for you as a customer. The team (a family?! ) endorsing “Shisko” seem(s) to be quite confident and believe they are intouchable in the way they run the Cie” by literally taking money from their clients (who trust their online business) long before they dispatch the item(s), when they wont answer to any query/ies about a refund. Customer service doesn’t exist. Nobody would answer the phone provided on the website. As for their “warehouse”in England for return parcels, no comment! Nevertheless, they do carry on using platform such as google to trade. They need to have a proper investigation. Something very fishy about this Cie who I believe has been trading online since 2020!

AVOID Wish I Had checked this out first. I ordered the Mat on the 28th it was supposedly shipped on the 30th in China found out today 7th Dec that its in the Philippines. Their site gives absolutely no idea that delivery will take weeks.
It is a company devoid of any ethics. AVOID

Terrible customer service

I sent 5 emails before anyone answered me, then when they did return a email, they called me by the wrong name, Ive sent 2 another emails and waiting for a response ..for goodness sake get yourselves together, it's terrible customer service, I won't be buying from them again

Please never buy from this company. I echo the experience of others. Terrible quality, poor sizing (short in leg and crotch), no clear response from customer services , recorded telephone message on help line, vague responses to three emails from me

Terrible customer service

I bought 2 pairs of leggings which on arrival, realised were to small for me. I checked Shiksto returns policy which asked to contact them by email and I immediately did that, asking to change for a bigger size. I then got a reply saying that the order was on its way and couldn’t be changed. Since then, now a month ago, I have written 4 times but I always get the same response “I have escalated this to our team and I’ll get back to you with their response” but then nothing happens. They have stopped answering to my emails and the telephone number which they provide (a mobile number) has a recorded message asking you to write by email. It is a terrible company, with very poor customer service and I will never buy from them again.

Don't buy from this company.

Don't buy from this company.
They breach distance selling regulations and do not respond to refund requests.

I purchased a pair of pyjamas from this company. They were reduced from £80 to £40 so certainly not cheap.
They didn't fit well so I requested a refund. They responded asking for a reason, which I replied to. I then had to chase them several times and other than a holding email saying that it had been escalated to the manager, I still have no resolution.

Terrible service, product disappointing!
