I had to wait for like almost 3weeks when I received a response. However, I commend Ariana for being so responsive the moment she started to contact me with the issue. Although I don’t received yet the replacement, Ariana was a great communicator and ensured everything will be smoothly prepare all the things need to be done. Still, I may had a bad first impression but you’ll guarantee a swift service once they in touch with you. Great service indeed!

I had a warranty issue with my Shiftcam Progrip, and so I went to follow up with them. I must say, it was one of the best Customer Service experiences I have likely ever had.
I would like to really commend the staff on their exceptional customer service, courtesy, commitment to helping me, and their follow up.

Being 68 and not real tech savvy I didn’t understand why I would need a third party app to use the new 240 zoom lens. The reply was quick, easy to understand and very informative. I take a lot of photos in my travels and am looking forward to add this lens now that I understand why a third party app is needed

One star because no option for ZERO stars. This company has great products but DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM WEBSITE. There is no customer service, they straight-up lie and don't care, and worse yet the two items I purchased from them that they said were not available but also refuse to refund me, I purchased via AMAZON and had delivered the next day. Yet SHIFTSCAM says both items still are not available. Beyond disappointing.
Awesome customer support! Fast communication and a genuine interest in resolving my issue! The pro grip is wonderful and works perfectly on mi iPhone 17 Pro Max. I would highly recommend this product and company to anyone!

Very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous response complete with sample photos from Nylen, and Mara when he was not available, to my questions about an existing order, and a lens I was considering buying. I had a few product suggestions which they passed on to development team. Personal and prompt service have been the characteristic of my interaction with customer service since becoming a customer a few years ago. The lens quality of LensUltra series has been great, solid build and optical quality, and am now awaiting the new 2x tele with macro attachments

I've been using the Shiftcam 60mm and 18mm lenses since more than a year with the S23 Ultra and now S25 Ultra. I must say they've outdone themselves with the case for the S25 Ultra; it feels very premium. The quality of both lenses is any day better than the lenses from "Shop Moment," and Shiftcam also provides better and faster service. Kudos to the Shiftcam team, especially to Lester.

It started with my order amendment email which the ShiftCam team promptly replied. However, for unknown reasons, my confirmation on my amended order was not acted upon and delayed 3 days. This will delay the arrival date which was crucial for me. Lester took my case seriously to help with my order, expedite delivery and closely followed up to ensure I received my orders on time. Truly appreciate services from him and the team.
I first supported ShiftCam on Kickstarter back in 2017 for my iPhone 17. The lenses served me well and still usable now on my iPhone 17. Despite continual delay for the final product to arrive, I waited and was not disappointed.
This year, I’ve got the iPhone 16 Pro Max and decided to upgrade my ShiftCam accessories. I backed the Planck project on Kickstarter knowing full well that ShiftCam is reliable(I’ve a professional photographer friend who’s also a ShiftCam fan).
My latest orders arrived on Sunday night. I’m excited to use the ProGrip & lenses bundle on my family vacation in Japan. Planck will be great as I’m planning to take lots of videos.
Grateful to Lester and team for their efforts to ensure my delivery arrived in time. In fact, earlier than expected so that I have sufficient hands on practices before the trip.

My SnapGrip Pro needs to claim warranty. While I contacted ShitCam Customer Service, Mara(Customer Service Specialist) helped me a lot. They gave us feedback speedy, and I just received my renewal one.
The warranty experience is great, and I would definitely buy the ShiftCam product next time.

Over the last five years I have made several purchases from ShiftCam, and each was delivered as promised. My iPhone SnapGrip works perfectly.
When I returned an order the purchase price was refunded quickly.

Had a problem with my Snapgrip. Wrote to customer services and received an instant reply. They were very helpful and during the process decided that there was a fault and they they would replace my Snapgrip free of charge even though it was out of warranty.
Could not fault them. Excellent service.

This product is legit. I bought the whole pro kit with a phone case for the lenses. Highest quality you’d expect from a top name brand camera manufacturer. Photo shooting with my phone is going to be so much easier and a lot more fun. Can’t wait to get more lenses for the set up.

I had an issue with my ShiftCam bluetooth dropping out and overheating and I was dealing with Lester who was incredible. I've now received a replacement ShiftCam, free of charge, and cannot praise Lester enough for his help and excellent communication.

I ordered a number of items from ShiftCam a number of months ago. One of the items was the SnapGrip for my new iPhone 16 Pro. The Bluetooth connection between the two devices could be made, but prior connections were not “saved”, so every time I wanted to use the SnapGrip, I had to connect as if it were new to my phone, which made the device a real pain to use.
I notified ShiftCam support of my problem. They acknowledged that the problem I was experiencing was a known issue. They instructed me to try a few things to get the two devices connected and have the connection “saved”. Their instructions did not work for me, so ShiftCam did the right thing and offered me a replacement device, one that was from a future generation of the SnapGrip with a fix for the issue. It did take a long time (a few months) to get the replacement, but it finally showed up and works as advertised.
So bad on ShiftCam to release a product that had an issue at the core of its very functionality (- 1 star), but very good on ShiftCam for acknowledging the issue and making the customer whole by sending a new unit at no cost (+ 5 stars).
A special thanks to Ariana and Mara on the ShiftCam Customer Relations team. They were wonderfully polite and good natured and they helped to make a bad situation good.

I bought my first ShiftCam two years ago which worled very well when I had an iPhone 15Pro. After changing to a 16Pro it no longer worked. The company was very helpful in explaining how development work would lead to a replacement. This week that replacement arrived and it works just fine. Support has been promt and efficient. Much appreciated.
