I actually received the first order but it was at least 2-3 months after the date that they said. I never received any information that it was on its way or tracking info.
Order number two, first month after the "announced" date for shipment I messaged them just to hear how it was going. They told me that they couldn't answer me since an external company was dealing with shipments to Europe. I contacted the external company and they gave me a link to Shibori's own website where I could follow the state of progress in production, not sure why the person at Shibori couldn't send it themselves but sure.
I waited an additional month plus some change, still no update despite production stated as completed a couple of days after my previous message. Contacted the external company again, they never responded. 5 days later my order was cancelled and my money was returned. Apparently, they hadn't produced enough of their "pre-order only" clothes so I got left out but I received a 25% off on my next order. Not sure I want to order again so not much of a compensation.
TLDR: Don't expect any updates on their production or any warnings that they have any issues. Also, don't expect to receive your order on the mentioned date or ever. Plus side, you will get your money back.
