I started working with Lauren in April 2025 and cannot recommend her highly enough. She made the process of moving abroad as simple and stress-free as it could be. Of course, there is always stress involved in making such a big life change, but because she provides a detailed roadmap with exactly what steps need to be taken and when and connects you with the in-country resources you'll need, the stress is greatly reduced. She also helped so much with the emotional part of the move and leaving family and friends behind. She is quick to communicate and respond, incredibly kind, and truly wants her clients to succeed. Without Lauren and the She Thrives Abroad community, I would probably still be stuck in information overload and decision paralysis. I have been contemplating a move abroad for a few years, but the most troubling part is not knowing where to start, and the fact that I have to do it all alone. It was actually my friend who came across Lauren's Instagram and shared it with me. After my discovery call with a team member, it was nothing but a wonderful experience, start to finish! Proud to say that I am a She Thrives Abroad success story. It wasn't easy, and I wouldn't even say it was always smooth, but working alongside Lauren and Meredith helped me get to my dream destination of Lisbon, Portugal.
