Responds to disputes
Not sure why this company isn't on trustpilot when it seems I'm not the only one in this position. I purchased their body deodorant that is advertised on Facebook. They had lots of people commenting on the add saying they loved it, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and bought it (I only ordered one item but thought if I liked it, I'd order more). I hadn't recieved any tracking, so I tried to contact them via their website 'contact us' section, and recieved no answer. After receiving no tracking after a week and a half and seeing a few negative comments that they hadn't yet hidden on their Facebook account I noticed it wasn't just me, so I opened a dispute with me credit card. Within the day, I recieved a shipping notification, I thought FINALLY, it's coming! I purchased this item on the 26th October, the item was picked up by USPS on the 5th November, it made its way through Chicago, san fransico and is now spending the week in new zealand- bearing in mind I paid for 3-5 express delivery! It's now the 14th November and it still hasn't left New Zealand yet, so I tried to message the company again two days ago but no response again. Needless to say, I have re-raised the dispute!
