Whilst the women who answers the phone seems nice, it would seem that whatever she does and says, gets trumped by the "Transport Manager" who changes everything at will and leaves time sensitive jobs that have been previously agreed, to the mercey of the drivers who get there at will.
We also had a large hydraulic oil spill from a burst pipe on the truck when dropping off the skip and it took four days of fighting to get a cleaning company out come and sort it properly. The initial solution of a bucket of wet sand for litres of oil did nothing....
The cleaning guys were great and will need to come back to do it again, now that the skip has gone.
four days of oil soak with no immediate solution on pourous material has left its mark considerably.

Staff in office were helpful however driver was terrible - rude and arrogant - did not want to take some items and did not want to touch bin bags on a Friday!!!! Won’t be using again

Sheridan skips leave full skips for weeks with no intention of removing them. The company who hired them have requested removal on many occasions and still no Joy. I have one of the skips at the side of my home. Gas canisters have now been added to the skip. I contacted Sheridan skips and informed them of this but they are still not in a rush to collect them. They are on the ball when they are swapping one skip for another but the moment you want removal they don't want to know.

Unfortunately did not receive the 30 minute notice phone call to meet driver collecting skip from locked compound. Driver called me to advise he had arrived and would be willing to wait the 15 minutes I advised it would take me to get there. Martin the driver was very easy to deal with and very patient given extra time taken to open the gates. I tried to give him a tip for his inconvenience, but he would not accept. Martin is a credit to the company, this is my 2nd positive review and will be using this company again in the near future.

When booking my skip I requested that it be collected on a specific date as the website directed me to if I required the skip hire for more than the 10 days that the hire is usually for. I competed this and requested an extra 4 days as I work full time and can only carry out the work at weekends. When I arrived for the final push I found the skip had been collected even though it was clearly not full. Upon speaking to the company I was told, 4 days later, that they had spoken to their website designers and this was not an option on the site - well it is not anymore as either I imagined it or it has been removed since I rang up about it. Has anyone else experienced this?

Do not recommend,, they have dumped harcore an rubbish on our back street what a joke of a firm,,rang the sikp firm told her she basically laffed ,, well your all on camera and the council have been informed ,,

Wez pate came out on a bank holiday to take a skip away and avoided knocking a wall down which was a potential hazard can’t thank him enough really nice helpful guy

Used this Company first time . Skip got delivered on time when it come to take it back . They count every single brick to make sure it is Level. U can’t go 100%. Even though they threw out some bricks in back street . Very Disappointed

Perfect. Skip came very next day. Was awkward to get on the drive but Blaine managed it with no problem. Really friendly and polite lad too. Prices are great. Very happy customer!

Recently hired 2 skips from Sheridan Skips. The service was excellent. Both drivers were highly skilled, carefully fitting the skip into a difficult tight space. I didn’t catch the first driver’s name, but Blaine was the second driver - he was polite, careful to ensure the customer was happy, and he did a great job of negotiating the neighbours’ cars in a cul-de-sac not designed for so many cars. The office were really flexible when a neighbour's car couldn’t be moved due to the locks being frozen - the skip was already on its way but they were happy to rearrange it for later in day when the car could be moved.

Another skip picked up and dropped off by Wes, only skip company that I will use in Burnley top class service as always
