Fairly easy process even though I was skeptical as you had to go through purchasing process, however, they stood by "free" and looks to be fairly easy to manipulate. Im hoping I can add to it to create a full HR and Safety KPI reporting with graphs.

Great documents when you have the passwords

Not an easy thing to edit that will fit my needs with it. I'm sure it will work for others but not what i was needing from it.

Great knowledge and understanding of the program and was able to modify and adapt as we talked through the requirements along with advising the best layout for the data so the dashboard was clear and dynamic. continued to support as we put the spreadsheet into action.

VERY difficult getting in touch with someone for support with software, willing to pay whatever was needed, could not connect with the correct person. Very annoying.

I wasn't able to purchase on the website and when I contacted Sel on linkedin, he quickly solved my problem.

I was able to get some assistance with the template I purchased very quickly. I think that the idea of having these types of templates available for companies is extremely helpful and efficient for people that don't have the ability to make these templates themselves. Price is reasonable and I will continue to use this company.

When asked for a refund I was called names rather than listen to my issue.
