The service was so personal
The service was so personal. I was contacted that the order would be delayed and again when the order was shipped. I even got a be phone call when it shipped. And the rings made it in plenty of time for Christmas. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Absolutely fantastic service and the ringxx sx are beautiful.

I only gave 4 (and not 5) stars because the communication around shipping was not so great.
I was unable to acquire a tracking number until 11 days after purchase, once my charm had been delivered. Of course, the tracking number was no longer needed at this point.
