Ordered wine£111.14 on 16 November. Payment taken but no wine received. Impossible to contact- phone not answered and no reply to email. Bank has now refunded my money, thank goodness,

Fraudulent Company.
Didn't know about them, but I ordered from them through Vivino. they automatically mark your order as shipped but dont actually send the product to the third party logistics team. Fraud company.
They don't respond to Vivino when they chase them for a response on it.
I would avoid them like the plague.

The ShelvedWine.com Pantomime
I noticed a wine recommended by The Week and went to the supplier, ShelvedWine.com. I placed a small order, paid for delivery and waited. I heard nothing. I contacted ShelvedWine.com and the pantomime began: "it's with the delivery company" . The delivery company said "oh no it isn't". ShelvedWine.com said it must have been lost. Then they said it was out of stock. One tries so hard to be a good customer.
