Pending connection

The dimmers are excellent, but last year there were some old stock floating around with old firmware - so old that it would not automatically update. (Pending connection in the app - you may have seen that in the forums that noone can fix))
Once Support figured out what was going on they sent me a simple instruction that solved the problem immediately.
Well done Shelly Team GB.

Good Support

I contacted this company with a question, and within 10 mins received a helpful reply.
Being in the IT business i found this amazing.
Haven't tested the product yet as still have a few sonoff devices left, but the software and control look promising, so will update if and when i get round to it.

Brilliant aftersales service

Contacted the support team about a faulty product and after supplying a few bits of information they immediately arranged a replacement. Yahuda was brilliant and helpful through the experience, thank you!!

NOT good enough. Couldn't be bothered to answer a simple question??

Even though my question was about the product that they sell, I wasn't given an answer as they said that they couldn't because I didn't buy it on their website?? You should still know about the products that you sell, it shouldn't matter where it was purchased?? So I was fobbed off to find somewhere else rather than give me an answer to a simple question. Sorry, but that's NOT good enough.

Great service.

I had an issue with a faulty product. I contacted the support team explaining the issue. I had a response the same day. I was asked some further information about the fault. The next response which came minutes after my reply, was to inform me a replacement for the faulty product was on its way to me.
Cannot fault the service.

Excellent customer service and…

Excellent customer service and aftersales support is how it should be done. Dealt with our faulty unit within 30 minutes of the email and then reposnded again with a replacment unit within the hour and shipped the same day. Wish all the online reailers were as easy to deal with. Golden Service.

Customer support very poor

I purchased two smart sockets and two BLU PIR sensors, the first sensor worked a treat but I couldn't get the second one to do anything, The support was very disappointing, email after email over days with no success, a phone number to ring would be much better.
In the end I sent it all back for a refund.

Great temp/humidity sensors at a good…

Great temp/humidity sensors at a good price.
When I had a problem with a device, the support received was excellent and a replacement was shipped out as soon as the unit was confirmed to be faulty.
All in all, an excellent company to deal with.
