I got banned from the loader, opened a ticket, and even after 30 hours nobody helped. A moderator told me to wait for an admin. I already bought a 7-day key and one day is gone, how much longer am I supposed to wait for an admin? The support system is zero, yet they say ‘open a ticket’. We open tickets and nobody checks them. Normally you get banned from the game, but I got banned from the loader. What even is getting banned from a loader?

I bought a key for my astroslater address, I accidentally logged in as astrosalter and the key did not come to my e-mail, they have not helped for 1 week, they do not return, they do not look at tickets.

i sent money trying to buy valo tool , and i didnt recive any product and the admin is oflline for 1 week and no one ansering my tickets , never buy from this scam site again

if i can give this program a 10 stars I would its simple and easy to use the installation takes less than 2 minutes the setup isnt hard to configure at all everything is pretty much self explanatory and especially the staff team they are so friendly and helped me out with my valorant issues they responded and sorted out every issue i had really quick even with problems unrelated to valorant or the program I will definitely be purchasing lifetime at some point and 100% recommend

Great customer support! I bought the Super Strike cheat from shellsoftware. The Support answered all my questions I had before my purchase (I never used a cheat before) and helped me set it up within a couple of minutes. They even helped me with the aimbot settings since I was very worried that my friends would notice that I aimbot. But the settings they gave me are very smooth and it looks like my aim is just super good. None of my friends know or suspect anything. I can finally enjoy the game and keep up with other players (I am quiet old and without aimbot my reaction is too slow). I am glad I found their website and had a great experience so far. I hope this stays undetected for a long time. Yo, lemme drop some truth about shell softwares aimbot for 'The Finals' — it's a actually lit! I was worried at first because this is an AI aimbot so I didn't know what to expect from the quality. but OH BOY its hitting hard. the aim bot is not too pricey but very secure, as far as I can tell. Been playing in Platinum rank for a good while and never got a ban. Thank you Shell and Goodbye to my potato aim

I started out by missing 2 weeks of my subscription due to the main admin not being there.
I've not been compensated for the time I couldn't use it.
Afterwards the product worked flawless and I really liked the quality of it.

Then I had another problem... I also use other providers and forgot I was still spoofed.
They banned my key... I bought a new month key in the hope that I would be able to play.
They also banned that new key... I've been waiting for service since 30/10/2023 (it's 7/11/2023 now).
They're just ignoring my request and that's why...

I would not recommend getting any subscriptions from this provider... once you run into issues.
Service is 0/10.
Their product is a solid 9/10.
