Worst service ever. My partner and I went to this gas station around 7am on 02/25/22, the service clerk was too busy engaging in a personal conversation on her cell phone in what appears to be an office, behind the register area that she never even acknowledged or greeted us. I went to grab a sandwich from the cooler only to find that they all were dated to expire 02/09/2022; these sandwiches were on the shelves more than 2 weeks pass their expiration date. When we got the counter, the clerk came out with whomever she was talking to still on the phone on speaker. I informed her the sandwiches were expired and she simply said "ok" as though this was nothing. The service here was terrible.

Over charged at the petrol station for Premium, be careful there ripping you off with high prices charged 43 baht per Liter,
Anyway won’t use them again

What a shame she’ll use Euro car parks to administer their parking , they put money before safety very disappointed

Be very careful when using a Shell garage. I used my local Shell Garage(Old Shoreham Road, Hove) recently. I paid for my petrol with my card. Nothing was said as it was presumed that payment was made but later I found out that payment was not taken. They employ an aggressive firm called Forecourt Eye to chase the debt. Unlike large organisations that have good customer service they levy a fine of £30 immediately even if the fault is with them or their payment machine. This practice must be stopped as it feels coercive and unfair. DO NOT USE SHELL until this aggressive approach has stopped.

Bought a chicken and mushroom slice from Shell petrol station… first and last time.. absolutely rubbish… no taste whatsoever!!
Please discontinue or put a little taste to them including a little bit of salt!!

Pulled up to use the jet wash! Went to get credit for it was advised it wasn’t in use. So to grab some food. We were only 5 minutes and now received £100 fine! At no point did the operative say we couldn’t leave our vehicle there. I did notice signs saying no stopping but how else do you take your car to be washed?
There was double yellow lines on the way in but non in the bit where I parked.
Impossible to contact or to leave a google review (won’t open the page to sign in) very suspicious 😒 AVOID AT All COSTS

I went to Shell garage in Nottingham city Center to drop off a parcel around 1.30pm, as i walked in and approached the member of staff (male with glasses) he yells across the shop that they were closed for 10 minutes, there was no sign on the door and the door wasn't locked. I carried on walking to him where he yelled at me again. The member of staff was counting cash whisky yelling. It took me 3 attempts of trying to just ask him where i was to leave my parcel, every time he shouted they were closed. Eventually he pointed in the direction of the outside lockers. If other customers were in the shop at the time i would have been highly embarrassed. If you're closed, lock the door or put up a sign! Don't yell at people

Old Walsall Road, Birmingham Shell petrol station. Quick summary of possibly the most awful and rude service I have ever received in my 40 years of existence!
Always pay via my app, tried 2 times and it did not work….got out of car and lifted pump to do it the older way and pay in store. Pump did not activate. Young girl at counter tried to communicate something to me from kiosk…could not understand. Enter PAM! Already with a visibly stern look on her face…also tries to tell me something. She tries to use microphone/tannoy system and it is not working- all she does is make a loud sound using the system as she hits the microphone with her hand. I walk to kiosk and politely enquire what is happening..the original young lady talks and I have no idea what she is saying. Pam from even further away talks, displaying her rude and rather annoyed manner..again I have no idea what she is saying (at this point I would like to say I speak and understand English to a very high level with no hearing loss either!). PAM angrily gestures with her hand and arm movement for me to come into store. I am now bemused and annoyed as to how on earth she could could be angry with me!? She tells me about some ‘yellow light on the system that needs to reset before I can fuel’ to which my natural reaction is ‘how on earth did you expect me to know that?’ She proceeds in her rude manner when I point out that her customer service is despicable. Instead of relenting she becomes angry at me further leaving me further confused and frankly infuriated. I ask for her name and she walks away refusing to give it. Reluctantly as I pursue asking her she gives it me. I state very simply to her that if she worked for me I would sack her on the spot (and I mean that). I have, in fairness, found the people at Shell polite and friendly in all my experiences - I visit 2 times a week and spend about £120 a week there. PAM has shocked me and appalled me in equal measure … I really need to know that some action will taken in light of this.

It's very good.. when I worked in Chennai I used only SHELL petroleum only,but now I am tindivanam,it's not available in tindivanam, Villupuram dt, tamilnadu, INDIA... so missing good petrol station...

Don't shop 61 n in natchez they still your money!! Gave the clerk 43 for a 32 dollar purchase and they refused to give Mw my change. They pocketed it.

Filled my vehicle with diesel today at Picket Post Shell station . Lovely friendly lady on till was very helpful . I had asked If it was possible to fill my thermos cup with tea at one of the vending machines , she replied that the machines didn’t do tea but that she would put the kettle on for me and would I like my thermos cup washed out ! Wow ! what service, lovely tea , I haven’t seen this kind of customer service for years . Well done. I will definitely call in next time I’m passing

I went to Shell Park Strood 2 Service Station ME2 3HX with my vehicle and put fuel and the till lady (Premi) did not give me a receipt so I had to go back later to collect it.When I went back in the afternoon,on the same day,with my wife's car,I qeued for 45min and then the same till lady refused to serve me because I had put fuel in the morning on my own car.She explained that I am not allowed to put fuel again despite being with a different car.She then gave me a receipt for the morning fuel.I will avoid this petrol station in the future despite being a regular Shell Customer.Avoid at all cost.

I did like their service until I took my van one last time to get a third opinion come to find out the first two times they said it wasn’t nothing but my battery and water pump. So the third time they stealing my parts not just a part my convertible was cut out from underneath my van and they said I need a lot of work which I didn’t. They located in Herndon va across from food lion. Have any one experience this I knew my daughter was one of the victims as well. She told me first I didn’t believe her. Make it so bad I recommend her to them. I apologize to her I had to call her to tell her they did me as well. So now I’m with out a vehicle. Just a warning for everyone.

She’ll petrol station Bradford road Batley. Worst customer service I have experienced. All staff are very similar. When you ask a question they never have an answer. One staff on Saturday 5th June 2021 at 08.15 kept on his phone whilst serving me. No acknowledgment. Checked reviews on Google and not surprised scores very low.

My oil light came on yellow and I stopped at the shell garage at Penmaenmawr on the A55 on route to Anglesey about 3.30pm today.
I purchased the correct oil for my Tucson helped by Tom the area manager.
He also put the oil in the engine for me.
He was very friendly and extremely helpful!
I just wanted to say a huge Thank you from a very grateful NHS theatre nurse!

After calling ahead to this gas station at 6201 W Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach Fla, to find out if they sell Shell gas gift cards. I was told yes and shortly thereafter I went to said gas station to buy one. Upon check out I was told I needed to prepay before activation of card. This surprised me because I’ve never had to prepay when buying any gift card. I used a bank debit card and purchase was successful but activation of card wasn’t. Several attempts made by two different employees to activate card. Another card was taken and swiped without success. I remarked “your cards aren’t working”, at which the “manager”? said they’re old. I questioned the fact that my debit card was charged but couldn’t get the card. She kept saying “you weren’t charged” over & over. Upon checking my bank acct on my phone I clearly was and showed the employee that a debit of $25 taken from my acct. Her response to me was “I don’t know I just work here!” REALLy? Now I’m upset and as I leave the station she snidely calls out “have a good day!”. REALLy? Patronization on top of insult? This is the third time I tried to do business here. Gas pump not working, card wash not working, gift cards not working and employees who don’t care and become rude when a customer questions their statements. Never will come here again and I don’t recommend this business at all!!
