Been sent wrong size phone cover. I shouldn't have to pay return cost but cannot get response from customer services.
It has been a month now and am still yet to get any reply from this company. It is a scam company. Please avoid.
Awful company. They do not communicate or answer any queries. Item delivered very late and incorrect fitting cover. The product was of poor quality also. I returned using royal mail tracked delivery. Have not received a refund. A week later I say they cannot accept my return as I have left it to late to return. Item was returned within one day of receipt. Thankfully i have tracked postage to contest. Avoid this company. Poor Customer service and bordering on illegal practice in my opinion. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
