I was basically treated like a thief at the 8281 W. Grand River Brighton Michigan location by the store employee. I purchased gas and a soda in which the employee watched me while I was deciding which one I wanted. The after paying for my purchase she didn't offer me my receipt for the purchase

Had aggressive letters from their awful debt recovery company ‘forecourteye’, who seem like some sort of backstreet debt agency. Despite Shell’s staff not advising me that a payment had timed out, they still felt the need to charge a £35 admin fee, and weren’t prepared to accept any responsibility. I won’t use Shell fuel stations again.

They simply ignore any problems

They simply ignore any problems, presumably in the hope they go away. "Rewards" for buying their V power fuel? Don't make me laugh. Customer service deserve NIL points. It's totally a crap company.

Absolutely Disgusting Service – Shell Should Be Ashamed

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m sick and tired of being treated like garbage by this joke of a company.

I went to the Shell station at Chwaszczyńska 10, Gdynia (Poland) to buy two packs of sticks and pay partially with points from the Shell app (9.44 PLN). The cashier, Amelia, in her utter incompetence, marked the payment as cash instead of card, which caused the transaction to be cancelled, and my points to be lost. Not refunded. Not usable again. Just gone.

Did she fix it? No.
Did the manager care? No.
Did anyone at this goddamn station try to take responsibility? Hell no.

Instead, I was left to pay the full amount myself and walk out of there with one pack instead of two, because their stupid mistake cost me money. And this wasn’t even the first time something like this happened at this particular station. It’s clearly a pattern of complete disregard for customers.

This Shell station is a disgrace. Honestly, it’s a damn disgrace embarrassment to the brand. And if Shell as a company stands behind this level of “service”, then I’m done with you altogether.

You’ve lost me as a customer. I’ll make sure others are warned too.

Blood Sucking Vultures

Incompitent staff, diabolical customer service and a lack of empathy. Shell had always been my go to fuel up until my recent experience with Shell Service Station Singleton, Mains Lane, Poulton-Le-Fylde, United Kingdom. The manager Thomas I can only presume dosen't care as in the 2-3 weeks I tried to get hold of him not once did he attempt to return my contact, his staff lied to make sure they covered their own arse and job, resulting in me recieving a fine. The headoffice said they would look into the situation and that the fine could be put on hold by the collection company, whom wrote to me without giving me anyway to contact them back. Frankly they just want your money, blood sucking vultures.

It's shameful what you were going to…

It's shameful what you were going to order oil from Russia at a cheaper rate while your money will go towards the war machine that is killing innocent civilians.

I acknowledge that you've reversed your decision, but I'm disappointed at the level of greed that you have when you choose money over what is right.
