Dear Claire,

You have the wrong business. If you'd take the time to look at our website, you'd see we do not sell clothes, we sell knives.

Please consider removing this review.

No return policy

No return policy. Offered 10 % of the price as a return policy. The model of the sandals were far too wide for my feet. The email response appeared to have been AI generated. It felt like they had no consideration for their client.
This review concerns Kevin Sheffield not Sheffield Shop

You didn't buy your sandals from us because we don't sell any kind of footwear. Please remove your review.

Bought a carving set and delighted to talk to real people when I ordered - thanks Joanne - and received on time for Christmas. Even more chuffed that I have been able to support British manufacturing. And disappointed that our local stores only had knives "designed in the UK" but in the small print made in China.
