SCAM SCAM SCAM! They deactivate you for no reason and then say they can't explain why. I just signed up a month ago. What on earth could I have done in a month?! I haven't even deposited any money! What a load of garbage. Do not recommend!

Complete and utter scam operation. My account was randomly permanently banned one day with no reason given and no refund given for the money I deposited. I am filing a dispute for the charges to my bank because this is fraudulent behavior.

Please don't give this dirty website anymore money so they can shrivel up and die like the leech they are

UPDATE: don't fall for their reply. I contacted them again and they said their decision is final so I guess they did not actually want to "help" and "assist" after all

Complete Scam!!! Don’t Fall for It!
I decided to give SheeshCasino a real chance and deposited 500 dollars to test different games. I tried slots spins and other games but none of them hit anything decent. You can bet 5 dollars on a spin and when you finally win you get something ridiculous like 20 cents back. It is a total rip off. After hundreds of spins I realized this site is just designed to take your money with no real chance to win. My friend also tried it and she put in around 300 dollars but quit when she only had 120 left. When she tried to withdraw her OWN remaining balance they banned her account. That is insane and super shady!!!!! This place is nothing but a scam! Do not waste your money or time. There are real casinos out there that give you at least a fair shot but SheeshCasino is definitely not one of them.

Sheesh Casino, like most other online casinos, awards a free “sweeps coins” bonus each day when you log in. One Friday, I logged in and—long story short—turned my free daily bonus into a $600 redemption. It was a wonderful stroke of luck! I requested the redemption into my VERIFIED bank account exactly 18 days ago (as of the time I am writing this) and it has still not been processed. I have emailed Sheesh Casino multiple times, and they have proceeded to give me the run-around about how they’re “reviewing” my account and my activity and will get back to me. It has been several days since their last communication. I have NEVER had trouble with a redemption request at an online casino and it’s not like the amount in question is thousands of dollars.
I have reviewed the terms and conditions on the website, and I have not violated any rules.
They will likely respond to this review and claim that I violated some random rule, which of course will not be named specifically, but the bottom line is…Sheesh Casino is dishonest. If you can’t honor legitimate redemption requests within a reasonable amount of time (or AT ALL) you should not be in business.
STAY AWAY FROM SHEESH! There are plenty of other legitimate places to play online.
Update: As predicted, they have now deactivated my account and refused to honor my redemption request, claiming I violated the rules.
There is a reason why this business has a terrible TrustPilot rating; it speaks for itself!

Sheesh customer service is very quick and fast! They always answer my emails and questions that I have!

I’m really disappointed in Sheesh. I was really enjoying their platform, but I haven’t received a nearly $2,000 redemption that I submitted in September. I’m going to initiate a chargeback if this isn’t cleared up soon. Support is not helping at all.

Edit: in response to Sheesh's reply, the redemption was technically initiated on 10/1 which is within one day of September. They have already escalated my redemption request several times. Fingers crossed.

I put a redemption in on 10/4 and I still have not received my $300...I've emailed support several times and get the same answer that they are escalating it to the redemption team...but today is now 10/16 and I still have gotten nothing...I've been verified and am set up with Aeropay...they have no problem taking my money in a second but can't pay the winnings...nor can I cancel the redemption to try and re-do or try for gift cards...I'd like my $300 ASAP...I'm very disturbed at this especially being a new casino I was excited to play at...I will update my review if I receive this money in a timely matter now.

I won my money, finished account verification (5 mins tops) then my redemption was on its way. Complete scam of a casino, rtp is nowhere near advertised. Already contacted my bank, don't waste your money.....

I put a redemption in of 263.00 on 9/18/25 and it still said pending 5 business days later , support quit awnsering my emails so I canceled and now haveade a 200 gift card redemption, if I do not receive my gift card by the 3rd business day , I'm getting the legal system involved for them being a scam

Do not play on those casino if you win they will give an excuse to close your account , they do not pay , I warn you do not waste your money nor time on this casino, I've just contacted a lawyer and there gonna look into it so they probably won't be around much longer anyway

I had a great experience! I literally downloaded the app. And won! Did my verification and bam. I put my request in on thrusday! Friday they approved it ! And on Monday morning it was in my account. Legit company. Thanks!

So here it goes, this casino is a scam!! Why; first I played off of my referral granted to me and a $1.00 bonus from logging in. Verified and everything and no where at this time did it say YOU CANT REDEEM MOre THAN $100.00 from your daily bonus because I would have not wasted my time to end winning $219. Two weeks later someone finally answers me through messenger and all of a sudden their answer is I committed some sort of fraudulent thing but were willing to pay me $100.00 out of $219.00 also added they are no longer paying more than $100.00 for using daily bonus. I took the $100.00 because at this point I would take what I could. Also they asked me since they were pretty much allowing to still play there, I don’t even understand why they would’nt seeing as how NO fraudulent crime was committed otherwise they would have locked my account. They asked me to edit my previous trust pilot reviews because they were honest and they were bad about them . I deleted them and then I got paid. What does this tell you!!’ Don’t play here!! When they read this my account will probably be locked but I don’t care because they scammed me out of my money and i wouldn’t waste my time on another horrible experience!

Redeemed a $100 gift card on 9/12 and got it 9/19. Emailed customer service a few times and they were quick to respond back to me. Will play here again. I love their hacksaw game options.

I have never received a sweeps coins credit after mailing in several hundred codes, and now, I've been deactivated for unknown reasons. They said they can't be more specific, because they don't want expose their detection and investigative practices.
I am old and not technologically inclined to have cheated or anything and have done nothing to be deactivated. I no longer recommend this casino. Very disappointing. ****edit***

I have been writing in with postal codes, but have yet to receive a SC drop, so not much to review, yet. But I CAN say, they are prompt with replies and courteous with their support emails.
Fingers crossed, I soon get a drop so I can give a better review.

I have been waiting for my money since Aug.29. It's still showing pending. When I contacted costumer service, first they blamed it on Holidays and now couple times they said that they will "re-escalated my case to their Redemption Team for immediate review and priority handling". It still has not been handled. Don't waste your time or money. Find a better place to play

I am still waiting for my payments of my letter entries they just said we are behind it been a month I send 200 letter entries
