Tried to cancel order. Telephone number unobtainable. 5 emails sent, no response. Had to refuse delivery from courier. What the ———— ?

My 34 year old son who is autistic bought a Mini-shaver from this "company." It is not fit for purpose, as it does not shave! I have emailed 3 times this week, and the only response I have received is "you have a number, and someone will respond within 24 hours." Yeah right! Unfortunately I looked on Trustpilot way too late and found all the bad reviews. The next thing I did was to ring the bank to block his current card and ordered a new one. I did look on his bank account and luckily there were no more monies taken. I have told my son in the future to look on Trustpilot, before ordering anything! PLEASE, PLEASE don't use this so called company.

Bought home cholesterol test kit, thinking it was a UK company, as others have said, it came from China.... Didn't include control solution, which is required to calibrate machine, did a test anyway, cholesterol reading was 10.8!! 😵..emailed twice for a refund within 30 day 'money back guarantee' period (they lied), no reply, rang the number, didn't even connect. 😤😡 Then they took more money from my credit card.. I have now cancelled this and any further transactions. This company is dodgy AF and are just thieving B****RDS!!
If I could put no stars, I would have! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I have placed 4 orders until now, and no one has been delayed. This is good shopping experience.

The customer service is very good, and they are very enthusiastic to answer questions. Any questions I have can be solved in time, which makes me very satisfied.

The site is very user-friendly to navigate and the interface is intuitive and I can easily find the products I need. This saves a lot of shopping time!

The packaging was very good. Despite the external box getting wet from the snow and having damaged corners, the coffee table was safeguarded by the packing material without any harm.

WHY WHY WHY DID I NOT READ YOUR REVIEWS FIRST AND WHY ARE THESE SCAMMERS STILL ALLOWED TO TRADE? Their bank accounts where they steal money should be put on hold. It’s no good closing down the company as they just set up in a new name. The people running them need holding accountable.
I tried to buy a couple of flower cards but the robbing bas***s took 2 lots of money then, tried to take 4 more amounts. I can’t get the money back yet as the bank says it’s not fraudulent activity !!! Had to cancel my card.
No response to emails, I did ring them but all I got was sighs, then the cheeky **** says, ‘oh, what do you want’
I’m fuming and usually check company’s out first but because it was Mother’s Day, I needed them quickly. Oh, & no sign of the cards either 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Do not buy from this company. Read the reviews. I ordered something for delivery in a couple of days from uk. It was China so a lot longer! Was charged extra for the currency exchange(not expected as was supposed to be uk). They added a membership to the invoice. They’ve never responded to many emails. I’ve still not got the goods as Evri lost it but sheertrends haven’t refunded or commented. I’ve read the many reviews. Do not buy from them .

I also have been ripped off don’t buy anything you are warned waited 6 weeks still nothing

Ive made a big mistake not checking the reviews first. Normally I check everything but was in a rush to send something for mothers day. Literally 5 minutes after ordering well before dispatch I tried to cancel the order. They are ignoring my requests. Instead sent an email 2 days after saying the item has been dispatched. I sent many emails the same day asking for a refund. Completely ignored me. I managed to find a phone number and spoke to someone, it was a very bad line, he kept sniffing, coughing and spluttering. I explained that I wanted a refund, he just said he would see what he can do, said I might have to send it back. I tried to cancel within 5 minutes of ordering. What an absolute sham. I don't know what to do now. I'm going to get onto my card company and get legal advice.

Absolutely disgraceful after 3 weeks waiting for my order 3d flower card for Mother’s Day it finally arrived, bent! Absolutely rubbish definitely not worth the money the card it came with I can’t use either as it covered in blue ink !! Do not buy from this company save your money !

Money came out of my account for something I ordered, I cancelled the order and the money was given back, now £23 has come out of my account from this company?

This company should be investigated for criminal activity and closed down. Other reviews here tell the story. All you need to know is that if you have made a purchase from this company get your credit or debit card cancelled as soon as possible to stop them taking regular payments from you.

I purchased a tracker from this company, it did not work. They say they are based in UK, they are not false advertising. Came from China took 4 weeks to arrive, absolutely waisted my money

Avoid this company at all costs. I have had nothing but problems. They were supposed to refund me £23.83 but instead they stole from bank account £23.90!. I have reported them to my bank . I still trying to get all this money back . I am really angry with them as I am a pensioner and can I'll afford to have this money taken from me.

Ordered a paper bouquet of flowers which have never been delivered inspire of emails saying it's on its way. Asked for a refund and was offered a 15% refund. What a joke. Total con, wish I'd checked on Trust pilot before ordering. Feel really cross with myself for being conned.
