One pair out of 6 arrived, too small and not one bit waterproof! What a waste of £30

Order 3 products from the site. Only one arrived. Emailed and they said they would get back to me. Have emailed and messaged on Facebook several times for a refund or to send me the other items I ordered and have been met with a wall of silence. Absolutely ridiculous. Have disabled all comments and reviews on Facebook aswell.

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! FALSE ADVERTISING.
I ordered 6 items and received 3, they look nothing like the advertised items on the site.
Contacted Shebits but no reply.
Made a public comment on their facebook page and it has been deleted. Take note of the number of 'angry faces' on the facebook page, lots of unsatisfied customers.

If I could give zero stars I would! This company not only didn’t send my full order, they completely blocked me from communicating with them via Facebook when I mentioned the missing items. I then went to complain on their website to be ignored again. After several emails and months of being ignored, I’ve given up and said goodbye to my money! Do not buy from this fraud company! They will take your money and run. I am not the only person they have done this too!

Scam!! Beware, ordered the set of 3 knickers and only received one pair of bad quality knickers for almost £30, several attempts to contact she bits with only automated service notification to say complaint received, never any further response despite submitting several times, no actual address or contact telephone number either,

My experience is the same as everyone else. I ordered and paid for 3 pairs, received 1. I submitted multiple requests for information and received auto responses (requests made from 6/11/19 through 7/13/19) that they would get back to me, but they haven't done so.

I filed a claim through PayPal, but apparently selected the wrong one the first time. PayPal denied the claim when Shebits showed they proof of shipping. I chatted with PayPal and they helped me submit a different claim that would require me to return the one pair and then submit proof that I had returned them. Then PayPal would refund my money. PayPal also said they could refund the money for me to ship back the pair I received. I can't really blame PayPal, but I hope they stop doing business with this company.

At that point I was too angry with the whole thing to bother. Way to much work for me. Live and learn.

Exceedingly poor communication, verging on radio silence. The checkout process does not have a confirmation stage before purchase goes through. The offers stated are the normal price ALL the time but worse of all, they send you utter rubbish, if anything at all. I ordered 12 items. After nearly two months of waiting received 4 shoddy and cheap items that were the wrong shape, colour, size and purpose. Scam company, avoid.

Same as every other comment! Ordered 2 packs Period underwear for my daughter I received 2 pairs of knickers, not 6 and not even in the colour scheme I requested! Total scammers! Lesson learned, I'll not buy from people like this again!

Total scammers. I ordered a 3-pack and instead of 3, received 1 pair that was the wrong size. The packing label also clearly stated there was only 1 pair. When I first emailed the company to ask for either a refund or the additional 1 pairs, I got an autoresponse saying they'd reply shortly ... and have heard nothing back since then even though I've tried contacting them again. I then tried to resolve through Paypal but the seller escalated to a claim, provided the tracking number, and Paypal closed the case with no further investigation. So even though I was sent 1/3 of what I ordered--and in the wrong size--I can't get my money back.

1 star is too many stars for this fraudulent company. Please do not purchase from this company.
First they do not send anything. If you complain they send one item (you have ordered three).
Because they have sent a parcel and have the tracking they do not have to refund you until you return the item they have sent. This is to a USA address (even though your parcel came from China)
The cost of the postage will cost more than the outstanding amount for refund. So no one will return the item and therefore won’t get a refund.
You have paid £15 for an item worth about a £1.
PayPal will do NOTHING.
action Fraud will do NOTHING.

So hopefully, you are checking Trustpilot before buying and will tell your friends.

Sadly I was part of the first wave of advertising and when I checked up I could only find positive reviews.
I’m so annoyed that despite complaining about this company PayPal are doing nothing about stopping them, but they don’t seem to care where they get their funds. Thankfully it wasn’t more money. I will never use PayPal again for anything over £20.
Lastly, my advice (which I’ve been giving friends and family for years which I why I am doubly annoyed). DON’T BUY THINHS FROM ADVERTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA OR FROM WEBSITES WITHOUT PROPER DETAILS.

I can’t really afford to lose £15. Can you?

Do not order from Shebits!!! They are not serious. You pay and you never get your things. 😡😠

I ordered a pack of 3 knickers and like the other person leaving a review, I only received one pair. No reply to the numerous emails I sent. Do not order from this company!

I ordered a pack of 3 pairs of period underwear and one Sanitary Napkin Pad. I received one pair of underwear. No reply to any of the many emails I sent them to ask for this to be fixed.
