Cover King and Shear Comfort share the same website. Shear Comfort state ‘free returns’. Also, free shipping for orders over $150. My order was almost $550. Upon inspection of the product, I did not think the covers would handle my dogs’ abuse. I spent $220 in postage to return the product and received $325 credit!
Buyer Beware.
Covers don't fit and look like crap. No return policy. (I wonder why). Their attitude is "We don't make mistakes, must be your fault".
Waste of $269.00
The covers do not fit. They do not stay in place and sag. The seams are bulky so they do not snug up to the seats. There is no way to attach a child's car seat. They require removing a seat cushion for installation but only state installation is easy on their website. They rely on velcro to stay in place but the velcro doesn't attach to anything solid on the seats. There is no tech support on weekends when working people would be installing these covers.
The product is OK, but the "customer service" is terrible!! I bought sheepskin seat covers for my 2019 Mazda CX-9 and they don't fit correctly. I have contacted the company, sent them detailed explanations of the problem, pictures and all I get is the run around. Most recently, I have been told that they tried to call me, but their number isn't on my call history nor is there a voicemail on my phone. Installation of this product is a real hassle but the material of the seat cover is good. The clips used to secure the product are substandard, several snapped and I had to fashion my own. I paid $400.00 for these covers and wouldn't again nor would I purchase from them again.
